I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The overall service was extremely poor, and the customer service was unacceptable. The manager, Mr. Pradeep, was especially rude and clearly does not know how to treat guests with respect. His behavior was unprofessional, unhelpful, and made the stay very unpleasant. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for decent hospitality or good service.

I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness standards at Kandy City Hotel. The bed sheets appeared used, with visible wrinkles, stains, and even a few hairs, which gave the impression that they had not been changed. Additionally, the towels provided were damp and carried an unpleasant odor, as though they had already been used. For a hotel, basic hygiene and cleanliness should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations.

I had a very bad experience during my stay. The room was not clean, and the bathroom was dirty and smelled terrible. The staff were unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving any issues. Overall, the service was poor, and I felt very uncomfortable throughout my stay. I would not recommend this place.

“Very poor management. The manager, Mr. Pradeep, is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They do not treat their staff with respect, and the overall management is extremely disappointing. I am still waiting for my salary to be paid, which is completely unacceptable.”
Da migliorare la pulizia, le camere sono più vecchiotte rispetto alle foto, andrebbero curate di più. Negli ambienti comuni anche la sala colazione non c'è l'aria condizionata e non si riusciva a stare per il caldo. Colazione buona, alcune cose vanno chieste al cameriere per il resto il buffet aveva lo stretto indispensabile. Personale disponibile e gentile.
