蔚十五漢塔納莊園的評價

朋友強烈推薦的酒店，預訂了兩個晚上，期望非常大，環境優美，房間服務也很好，因為有很多項目需要體驗，其中鳥類觀看和野外動物當然是重點，預訂了下午兩點，到了當天下午時被告知早上才是最佳時間，（事先為什麼不提醒），需要提醒攜程有幾個項目是一樣的，（鳥類觀看，野外動物，徒步），如果可以重新選擇的話，可能會選擇在亞拉兩天，這裏一天。

這是攜程康ti排名第一的酒店，2晚近1.2w。也是此行最期待的酒店。也是最糟心的酒店。房間巨小，嚴重漏水，熱水用一會就停了，那麼小個一房間半年房都浸在水裡。服務都有但都非常不走心。各自不走心不想再説。開上去花了三小時，浪費時間。而且斯里蘭卡車都很破，繞山路很不安全。這麼多年一直用攜程，最近發現確實坑。比如前陣子去九華山定酒店作為黑鑽會員居然比普通會員高了30%。攜程現在果然是壟斷巨頭了。

住宿環境時尚雅緻。房間漂亮、設施齊全且乾淨整潔。食物美味可口，種類豐富。整個入住期間，管家服務都無可挑剔。如果我再次入住康提或週邊地區，我一定會再次選擇W15 Hanthana Estate。

I am so happy to have booked this hotel , I booked the Paradise! Stunning view , atmosphere , beautiful and luxury style. The best food ever had in Sri Lanka and amazing team ! The team speak English properly and they have such care for the guests that literally touched my heart. I wish everyone to stay at W15

斯里蘭卡價格最高的一間酒店，滿心期待，挺失望的。首先，上山的路有一段是單行道，正好趕上會車，倒車挺危險的。酒店衹有六間房，包早餐晚餐，品種太少，有點吃不飽。而且晚餐及早餐上菜特別慢。當天衹有我們一家中國人，入住的時候找不到人，等了半天。環境很不錯，就是上下山太麻煩，服務一般，酒店氛圍不怎好。不太推薦入住。

酒店集團規模不大但在斯里蘭卡各地設有精品酒店。這家w15位於kandy附近，旁邊有個射擊俱樂部白天會聽到tatata槍聲。 酒店本身不大，一棟住房 一棟主樓。風景的話看着大山，有點江浙滬那種味兒。 早午晚三餐都吃的不錯。活動方面可選擇徒步，騎行，網球或者坐吉普車去登高高。 特別注意的是該酒店渠道價格不一 要認真對比價格

這個酒店管理問題很多：（1）歧視中國客人，我們八月就付款了全款預訂元旦房間，不允許退款，不支持改簽；但是臨入住前兩天突然告訴我們沒房了，把我們安排到半小時以外的King Pavilion ；（2）毫無時間觀念，要求十一點半吃飯，早上點菜，十二點才能吃上； 酒店環境非常好，酒水免費，三餐全包，就是服務太差。

Incantevole boutique hotel , ricavato da un ‘antica fattoria di tè’, immerso nella foresta delle colline sopra Kandy, a una decina di kilometri dalla città . Poche ma lussuose camere , patio mozzafiato ove vengono serviti prima colazione , pranzo e cena , in un’atmosfera post coloniale , elegante e perfetta nel servizio . Cibo straordinario e staff impeccabile . Indimenticabile il Safari con la jeep nella foresta , incluso nel pernottamento . Molto cortese e bello anche il pick up dalla stazione , con la jeep dell’hotel . Luogo incantevole , da non perdere . Caro , ma ne vale la pena !

Ein wahres Erlebnis, in diesem wunderbaren, liebevoll restaurierten Anwesen zu übernachten. Die Anfahrt auf der schmalen Strasse durch die Teeplantagen. Der warme Empfang durch das exzellente Serviceteam. Die feinen und immer frisch zubereiteten Gerichte aus der Küche. Der Garten mit Pool und Aussicht in die Landschaft. Die liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmer. All das wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben.

Un séjour idyllique proche de Kandy avec une vue imprenable sur les champs de thé et les montagnes ! La maison est superbement bien tenue. En plus nous avons eu la chance d’être upgradés pour la deuxième nuit et avons donc pu tester deux types de logement : les deux étaient très confortables, parfaitement propres et meublés avec beaucoup de goût comme le reste de la maison. En plus, le personnel est ADORABLE et la nourriture proposée est DÉLICIEUSE (notamment le petit déjeuner avec des viennoiseries aussi bonnes qu’en France !). Nous les remercions tous vivement, et plus particulièrement pour leur attention toute particulière pour notre voyage de noces (room upgrade + gâteau fait en notre honneur). C’était vraiment superbe, nous recommandons ! Et en prime la piscine est magnifique mais nous n’avons pas pu la tester car le temps ne le permettait malheureusement pas.

Un hotel con muchísimo encanto. Edificio colonial completamente restaurado y con una decoración muy acertada. Magníficas habitaciones. Servicio y comida muy bueno. El hotel está situado en un entorno espectacular, rodeado de plantaciones de te. La piscina y alrededores es un remanso de paz y con unas vistas espectaculares, Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Passamos duas noites neste hotel/casa inglesa em que se respira a história das fazendas de chá , com uma vista deslumbrante e inesquecível . O serviço super personalizado comandado por um Butler proporciona um reviver de tempos que marcaram uma época

Einzigartiger Ort mit traumhaftem Ausblick und aussergewöhnlichen Service in Mitten von Teeplantagen! Das Butler Team Hastha Sheriff Manjula Prabod Keerthi kümmert sich ständig liebevoll um das Wohlergehen. Das Essen ist excellent und die Patisserie ist hervorragend! Gerne wieder!
