Very bad experience, the room is very dirty very bad smell mini bar broken doesn't work and There is mold inside alot of ants every where no view no windows all the wall is wood so you can hear everything in other rooms ,very bad service and the stuffs are no way to communicate everyone trying to pass u to another one they give fake numbers and reception is empty .

Отель очень красивый и стильный. Полностью соответствует фото. Рекомендуем просить комнату 103 с панорамными окнами и обалденным видом на зелёные холмы города. Отель довольно хорошо расположен. До Храма Зуба Будды можно дойти пешком. На пятом этаже в ресторане с панорамным видом подают очень вкусную еду. Снизила оценку за огромных тараканов в номере. К счастью, у нас был с собой Раптор, который отлично с ними справляется, но встреча с ними была крайне неприятной.

Convenient for the train station however you can definitely find accomodation with a better location as quite a walk to the center. Rooms weren't very clean. Hotel tuk tuk driver took us to a spice garden that was known for ripping off tourists (driver gets a commission from the garden if you buy something) which didn't leave a good taste. Better places to stay in Kandy

The location is lovely. Especially the mountain view. It didn't feel like we are in the middle of the busy city of Kandy. Rooms were very comfortable. The staff were really friendly. They will organize tours for reasonable prices as well. All in all I highly recommend this place.

This Was Best Hotel I Visited During My Free Time Good Hospitality Good Ambiance Nice View From Room Good Working Room Heaters Ancient Breakfast Clean and tidy Friendly Staff Very close to Kandy city I Will Strongly Recommend It

Our purpose was to visit the Temple of tooth relic. This hotel is the best place to stay inside the kandy city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.♥️💖😊😊

This was the second time that we spent here and it has been amazing as always. The food was delicious the view was amazing and specially eventhough it is located ryt in the city there are no noise disturbances and is very peaceful for a getaway. Higly recommended.

We stay 2 nights. It's located best place kandy mountain view. Near to Dalada Maligawa. Delicious 😋 food. Special I want to mention chef Chanaka. All staff very friendly clean room. This is the best place to stay if you plan to visit kandy. And they have best restaurants THE WIHIZZ.

We’ve decided that place as randomly but how ever we got best choice , it’s better than we expected, staff aslo so friendly and so helpful for us , had some problem with A/C but they fixed it in that time and they decreased the price Cz of that issue, appreciate it and highly recommended that place

Best place to visit for a great experience, location very close to the main city, Clean and comfortable rooms, place have a great view to enjoy. Easy to find and has delicious food in the restaurant. Can easily recommend to people who’s willing to get a clean and comfortable room with delicious food.

We booked a deluxe room and expected a deluxe room but if I could give the hotel no stars I would, do not believe the photos, this hotel is the worst we have ever booked to stay in, we checked in but checked out a few hours later. The bed linen was discoloured but cleanliness overall was also very poor but we were prepared to stay as we were only going to be in Kandy for 2 nights, until my husband turned on the bathroom light and saw at least 20 cockroaches scurrying across the floor, within 5 minutes our bags were packed and we had booked ourselves into the Radisson. Just glad we realised the problem before breakfast time as you can imagine what the cockroaches could have been doing all over the food. AVOID!! DO NOT STAY!!!!

The man at night spoke irresponsibly, there were cockroaches in the room: there was a stench from the towels provided, and there was no clarity about the service rendered It would be better to go to bed on the street ..

Out of all of the places we have stayed in Kandy this hotel was the best!! We had a nice spacious room with a large comfortable bed and an incredible view from our balcony. The bathroom is sparkling clean and beautifully renovated. The location is close to the Kandy viewpoint, temple of the sacred tooth and easy to get many places. There is a very nice restuarant on the top floor with an open concept and great view as well as another floor with a 360 view and swinging chairs to enjoy. This place is all about the amazing view! What a wonderful place to relax and disconnect. Thank you to the staff as well for taking such nice care of us.

The staff were friendly but this hotel is not presented like in the photos advertised. The bathroom was dirty with stains and mould on the walls. The towels were old, crispy, stained and smelt like mould. The bar fridge in the room had been closed and off, when opened it absolutely stank!!! To make things worse, the breakfast place mats were so stained and dirty. It seemed as if they had been used since the 80s! It is not fair to have such a huge discrepancy between the photos hotels advertise versus the actual experience. I would suggest that travelers seek alternative accommodation as for $30 a night, there are many great properties in Kandy.

My wife and myself booked this hotel using ***********. However, soon after we checked in, we cancelled our booking and chose a different hotel. The hotel is on top of a commercial building. It's hard to realize that there might be a hotel reception tucked inside at the back of the ground floor, accessible via a narrow pathway. Upon first look at the reception and the staff, it looked no more than a 2 star hotel. Upon finishing our paperwork, we were led to the elevator, which was quite dirty. Once reaching the 3rd floor, we had to climb a set of stairs for half a floor to reach our room. The size of the room and the view from the room was as shown in the pictures. However, the room had an odd smell that seemed to have been from being locked up for long. The room didn't have any toiletries or towels. Worst of it all was that the divan placed in front of the bed had several black/brown stains. The bed sheet itself had a brownish tinge to it. The hotel room door wouldn't shut, but remain open, unless you locked it. Seeing the room, we decided to cancel our booking and choose a different hotel. The good thing was that the hotel employees were compliant with our request to cancel. The only reason I gave a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because of this, and also because they claim to have a restaurant that has amazing views (which I was unable to visit since it was closed that day). Also this gets a 2 star since you get what you pay for, as the price was quite cheap.
