Overall it was a good experience. Staff were courteous and cooperative. Beautiful view of snow capped mountains and sunset from the hotel. Food was reasonably good. Thanks to Mr. ***jeet and his team for attending to our calls and service requirements promptly.

Great hotel. Amazing experience with a friendly staff. Very clean and well kept rooms. The beds, pillows and comforters are soooo comfortable, better than any star* hotel. ***jeet specially made us feel very welcome and restaurant staff was so helpful.A great place for vacation.

The hotel is in upper McLeodganj, letting you view the snow-capped mountains. The hotel staff was very courteous, and they were very skilful in handling the small issues we reported. The rooms are spacious and very cosy and pleasant. The view from the hotel room, as well as from the garden, is breathtaking. The food is very good and very tasty, and the portion size is great. Must try the Pahari chicken and tawa roti. Breakfast was okay, but it can be improved with a few ***agement tips, such as the sausages being overcooked. The road to reach the hotel has some very sharp turns and steep climbs, but it is worth booking this hotel. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable stay.

Naresh was great and really welcoming. We had a great stay, made to feel at home, and would highly recommend. There is a really nice games rooms for the kids, a small gym, and of course the views are stunning. We were given a free room upgrade to accommodate the children, which was a nice gesture.

Worst ***agement , food Jalota and quantity not even to the standard of dhaba , no hot water in bathroom, door bells , few light in room not working , frequent power cuts , employees are not trained very raw I asked for checkout and baggage person came and removed card /key when I was inside room as well didn’t bother to take luggage before removing card, breakfast was not available
