Hotel molto bello immerso nella natura. La vista da lassù è spettacolare. Sin dal primo momento vi sentirete rigenerati. Il personale è davvero gentile e sempre disponibile. Lo stile dell’hotel è notevole. Molto bella la terrazza per una cena a ritmo di musica: davvero divertente!!! Altra esperienza che suggerisco di provare è la spa: un bel massaggio vi rimetterà a nuovo.

Route pour arriver à l'hôtel très étroite, dangereuse. Sinon calme complet et air pur loin de l'agitation de Dharamshala. Paysages très beaux, plus bas une vue sur les contreforts de l'himalaya partiellement enneigés. Checking normal, verre de bienvenue, nous sommes conduits en chambre. Les bagages sont pris en charge. Personnel compétent et souriant. Bel hôtel méritant ses 4*. Roof top pour prendre un verre, sympa, un peu de musique et des cocktails. Le soir buffet inclus dans la demi pension. Maintenant, la qualité pourrait être meilleure et une meilleure répartition entre cuisine locale et internationale afin de maintenir les standards de la chaîne. Les chambres tout en étant très confortables pourraient voir quelques aménagements tels que un complément de petites serviettes, un coffre fort... Le responsable très présent demeure très sympathique et ouvert.

Лучший отель на районе! Очень понравилось! Все супер! Новый, с хорошим сервисом и кухней! Приезжали с йога туром. Отличный зал, хорошие номера. Бассейн, спортзал и шикарный вид из номеров! Рекомендую русским туристам. Тишина, покой, красота!

The property is located in a awesome location with superb views. The staff is well-trained, polite and cooperative. The rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic. The food is delicious and the hospitality is commendable. The property has various sunset views that give excellent photo opportunities. The rooftop cafe is beautiful and a great add-on. The property has an indoor swimming pool, gym, and snooker table. The staff is humble and helpful, making the stay a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Special mention needs to be made about a few of the staff members viz. at the front desk Shubham & Deepa made our check in a breeze. Prem at the bell desk brightens the day with his smile, Prashant at room service was superb and his service was outstanding. Kamalpreet and Nitin at the restaurant were efficient and their attention to detail was phenomenal, they understood our likes and dislikes, the ***ner in which we liked our meal, water etc.Special thanks to Chef ***n & the F&B in charge Bablu who catered to our special needs and ensured that our meals were made correctly. Overall we had an awesome stay and phenomenal experience.

It was a wonderful experience to organise our annual meet of JIO here for three days. All the arrangements done by hotel was awesome. We like the hospitality of hotel specially by restaurant people . As our all the three meals , Hi Tea and cocktail 🍸 dinner were there in hotel so we got the enough time to interact with restaurant people, who are very genuine, hard working and polite . Few are like kamalpreet Kaur, Bhupinder singh , Bablu Kapoor and Prashant who were always around during our stay for three days. Food spread taken care by chef ***n was delicious.

My and My Brother Devain had come to this property for the v first time. It's one of the Best Properties in McLeodganj as far as the location, food, service, ambience is concerned. Vikas, Armaan & Nitin Rock. They are always there to serve with a smile whether it's 8 in the morning or 12 midnight. A big Thanks

Very good service and specially Mr Vikas and kamlpreet Nitin are good they are very polite and cooperative food is very nice and helpful staff one should consider their stay here when in Dharamshala the ambience is also nice outdoor is mostly for the day time instead of night

This place is just simply amazing. The hotel is super clean and have amazingly friendly and helpful staffs. "Kiran" is one of the wonderful staff in cafe plus has been very attentive and caring. The food served are delicious and rich in varieties. Another best tginv here is Falak the rooftop. It has breath taking view. In short, we are super satisfied with all the facilities and services in this hotel. Recommended and will surely be back again here. Keep up the good work Best Western Plus.
