I with my wife and 2 year old son visited Adaaran Select Hudhuran Fushi from 26.05.2024 to 29.05.2024 for my fifth wedding anniversary, where at the time of check in I specifically mentioned that I am pure vegetarian and requested them to make sure that I must get vegetarian food, which was accepted at the time of check in. First two days we stayed at Deluxe Beach Villa which was very neat and clean with all the required amenities having easy access to beach. During this stay, we went to lohis wave restaurant which is at very good location specialized in pizza and drinks. Hiyala Bar had very nice live music and bar tender kailash is an asset to this place. Tiki bar conducts good DJ night but drinks serve there is not good as abovementioned two. We enjoyed awesome view at Beach grill with tasty snacks. Indian pavilion is the life saver for Indians. Undoubtedly, this Resort of Adaaran is a luxurious property, BUT this resort have some unprofessional, untrained & discriminative staff in their team because of whom I have to suffer during my trip. Some of their staff is not committed to serve the guest, instead they just have an excuse without caring about the difficulties guest are facing which clearly shown how careless they are, and later they insist guest to post positive comments only which shows non-welcoming nature for true feedback. Incident #1 I faced discriminative approach by chef at Indian pavilion where I requested for something is denied and other guest’s getting special treatment (as VIP culture is present at their resort) which was reported by me to their F&B Manager who tried to convinced me but when I demanded for proper explanation they accepted their fault and requested me to accept special veg thali at sunset restaurant which was just okay there is nothing like something special. But what disappointed me the most is they spoiled our wedding anniversary by not providing me a cake without egg which was pre-intimated and requested to them at the time of check in and also in conversation with F&B Manager for which they promised me but due to their unprofessional and careless behavior, I couldn’t cut the cake and celebrated my anniversary. Words are not enough to explain this lack in service by them. We stayed at Ocean Villa for a day in our trip where I can give 4 star ratings for their property but still they lack in service their also, they mentioned in ocean villa you will be allotted personal butler but their butler is of no use other than driving vehicle and taking us to & from dinner. Incident #2 Even at our anniversary night when we asked him to pick us later in night as we want to enjoy some live music, he gave an excuse of buggy service will be stop at 10.15 pm after that you have to walk and come, it is impossible for us to walk with our 2 year old child to ocean villa which is too far from hiyala bar. Incident #3 our packing is all inclusive package in which sunset and dolphin cruise is complimentary services as told, for
