The hotel is located at the heart of city and it is convenient to reach there. However the service is poor and does not match the price the hotel charges. Food is very expensive and that too for self service option i think the prices could be more reasonable. The service quality is poor at restaurants as well as hotel

This hotel is very amazing. Very soft speaking and sweet staff. All things is very good. I live there for four days and have an amazing experience. I will recommend you to stay there too. (Manager) Vishal is very sweet and coperative ***. This place is a must one time visit place.

I have been transferred to kanpur recently. During my joining, i stayed at little chief. It was a great experience staying at the hotel. Staff is very cooperative here. Restaurant and menu is also good. I will recommend everyone for little chief.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Little Chef Hotel on the 8th of May, arriving late into the night. Despite the hour, Mr. Aman, the receptionist, greeted me with a warm smile and exemplary hospitality. I highly recommend the little chef Hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and a truly unforgettable experience. I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. I found the rooms clean and comfortable. Bedlinen was clean and crisp, housekeeping was meticulous. As opposed to other mid budget hotels, the washrooms were spacious. Yes, the plumbing needs maintenance. Towels were clean and adequate toiletries provided. The ceiling fan in the rooms is, in my thinking, very useful as one doesn't need to switch on the electricity- guzzling and polluting ACs all the time. The restaurant staff (servers) was really helpful, trying to cater to my dietary needs. There could be more variety in the breakfast buffet and meals in general could be better tasting. Utmost help was provided by the front desk, especially Mr Vishal and Mr Rounak , front desk executives. They made sure my stay was comfortable. Thank you, Little Chef!

Little chef at kanpur is an old and very well located property. Staff is very courteous and helpful, food is great and their rooftop bar is amazing. Value for money is not great.

We checked in the hotel around 12am. Tired and sleepy. Met Aman at the reception, who was unfortunately helping us to check in. He was too arrogant and didn’t had any manners to talk. Shame on hotel little chef to hire these kinds of employees in this hospitality industry. Then the bell boy took 30 mins to unload the luggage from our car. Aman was to BATEMEEZ in every manner. No manners to talk and handle a client. Don’t know from where these hotels hire such employees.

Regal property with beautiful ambience , comfortable rooms , very polite & trained hospitality team , tasty food and to top up very reasonably priced , overall excellent experience , would definitely recommend family & friends to have staying experience at Little Chef
