As per the price the amenities provided are very less. Rooms, washrooms etc are not clean. There are stains in the bed sheet. The only good thing was the behaviour of workers there. Even the ac was not working properly.

Hotel was very good in kanpur city. I would request they need to add the tandoor items/bread in their food items. Overall my experience is very good. I would recommend this hotel.

I stay for 2 nights in this hotel. I faced so many issues in room. First of all, toilet sheet is not clean, it's dirty with the paan masala sputum. Flush and shower is not working properly e van changed 2 rooms. Towels are too old and dirty. Breakfast is so terrific. House keeping staff is arrogant. They are not ready to listen problem. After guest check out, they not changed the bad sheet, pillow cover and blanket cover. I will never stay gain in this hotel.

Nice people, good food and excellent service

Location is ok. The food in the breakfast was not cooked properly and there was not enough choices. The rooms were too cold to stay in. The blankets and quilts provided were of very thin quality, and could not insulate the person well from the cold. We had to sleep keeping our socks and all the warm clothing of 3 layers on. Therooms did not have the centrally exhaust system installed neither in the bath rooms and nor in the rooms, thereby giving way to the moisture to build up. It seemed as if the beds are wet and even the clothings on the hangers in the closets felt wet. They have a serious issue regarding this problem that they need fixing. The bath area inside the wash-room need to have a plastic curtain or a glass sliding door to keep all the wetness of water limited to the shower area only. In addition to this they should have a mat outside the washroom so that the wet feet or wet shes do not leave marks on all over the room floor.
