Royal galaxy hotel, kanpur stay was not good and it's just an average because no proper hospitality is there. I mean room water. Etc no available. It's feel like you are unwanted guest in someone house.

I recently checked into my room and requested the manager to send someone to clean the washroom after i took a shower. To my shock, the room cleaner entered the room with an access key without knocking or ringing the doorbell. This poses a significant safety risk, especially for female guests staying alone. I hope the hotel staff will receive proper training following this review.

The hotel had very bad services during my stay,the rooms keys were not working hence many time calls then came boy, I had to walk back to the service desk again. And honestly the service folks were lazy, especially housekeeping and reception,no one picked the call at housekeeping as well as reception at morning 3:45 am, And rooms smell and inform the housekeeping room cleaning when I came back but my room was not clean, the housekeeping person if I'm not wrong Ajay or,his ensure me that room will be clean .very tough to stay over here.

Food taste is great even the cleaning and hygiene is good but the tap in the washroom is not working properly, is gushes water all of sudden. Secondly which is more important for the customer that staff is money-oriented as we have booked 2 rooms which are having double occupancy means 4person max can be accommodated in the 2 rooms without any issue still they want money basis on the no of the person as we are only 3 persons and hotel staff quoted that 2 rooms are booked for 2 persons only. So here customer dissatifaction is mostly due to their money orientation only instead of serving customer.

sicherlich eines der besten Hotels hier. Es soll ca. 5 Jahre alt sein. Indien ist oft laut, die Straße mit dem Haupteingang, auch bei Feiern im Hotel, am Frühstück oft Fernsehen und Lausprecher parallel. Das Frühstück ist normalerweise für jeden was, aber wenig Fleisch. Die Hotelküche abends ist gut, Hotelgäste bekommen einen Rabatt. In den Zimmern sind die Klimaanlagen an und zu laut, oder aus.. und es wird schnelll zu warm. Ein Deckenventilator lässt sich auf langsam regeln. Es gibt einen kleinen Fitnessraum, und einen Pool, der aber dreckig wirkt. Es gibt immer wieder kurze Strom Unterbrechungen, das Internet ist überall in Kanpur recht instabil.
