堪薩斯城The Legends萬楓酒店及套房

Facilties were clean. Breakfast area was organized and well maintained. Location is easy to find and close to Legends shopping area. Front desk was courteious and extremely helful. Kaitlin went above and beyond to get a refund for us on unused reservation. This will be my go to hotel for the future in KC.

Our first room was dirty. Someone’s dirty socks on the floor & hair on floor in bathroom. Was lucky they had another room to switch us to. The next room had a wet floor after the rain, not sure if leaked through window or ac unit. Breakfast at 7am was already running out of food, Will not stay again or recommend.

We had to wait 15 minutes to check in. Granted we arrived at the hotel at 9pm and there was a sign at the desk saying someone would be out shortly. When the staff member arrived, they looked disheveled and out of it. Several other guests were also in line waiting to check in. We were also charged a parking fee but were not informed that this charge would be added and didn’t find out until we got our credit card bill. The hotel itself was nice and in a good location. A lack of communication and poor customer service made the experience less than desirable.

The hotel was clean, as was the room. Staff was friendly. Could hear kids running in the hall above us. But it did not last long. Person in charge of breakfast was right there restocking as items got low.

I literally had no heat or ac the last three days of my stay! Asked everyday for maintenance to fix it but they did not ! Absolutely horrible for the amount of money i paid a night to stay there !

I did not stay for breakfast. The manager was efficient and friendly. The staff at discharge was also kind and helpful!

Breakfast was good. There were various options available. All the spaces were clean. I was not disappointed at any service the hotel offered.

The toilet was broken and some lights did not work in the room. Poor maintenance.
