Went to town for business. On the business side they fulfilled what they needed for the meeting and the food and service was pretty good. For the room it's another story. Bed was creaky like sleeping on a tool box. Keurig machine was not clean and staff left snacks in drawer from a previous guest. Stayed two nights and no one freshened my room such as trash left, bed not made, dirty towels left on floor from 1st to 2nd day. Hotel location very noisy but parking lot across the street and a parking garage behind the hotel. Dissipated their wifi caused issues with a firewall and keurig k cups were never replaced.

Terrible experience. There was a major disturbance in the middle of the night. Management said they would refund the nights charges as compensation. However they now refuse to do so. The hotel is located next to a homeless shelter so expect constant problems.

Had to change rooms when the air conditioner stopped working. Later in the middle of the night the whole hotel fire alarm with flashing lights sounded and scared us to death out of our sleep. In addition, the bed frame was unstable and noisy. Finally, the bathroom door seemed to be falling off.

Probably one of the poorest managed hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Upon check-in we were checked into a completely dirty room, it was a Saturday night so we went to the bar only to be told the bar was closed because it’s the bartenders day off…. Another party that we were with, was given the wrong key to their guest room and walked in on someone changing. Everywhere you walk in this hotel there are stains on the carpet and the tile. The landscaping is a complete eyesore. You can tell the manager just walks straight from his car into his cubicle passing up, smokers poles that are falling over, stains on the tile, pantry, that is not stocked, and a restaurant that is advertised to be open but it’s the bartenders day off. And if you think you can speak to Dylan at the front desk, think again. His attitude is horrible. This place was cheap for a reason. Do yourself a favor and pay the few extra dollars and stay somewhere else

We had our car broken into here along with two other cars. We had parked in the “Hotel Parking only” area. Do NOT stay here!!!!! First off the parking does NOT belong to Hilton! They are quick to say it’s not our problem. It’s not our garage. We walked away with loosing $1,500 in this ordeal and all we got was a reimbursement of the room. This beds are crap squeaking every time we moved waking us up all night. It’s a disgusting hotel!!! Dirty and they were of little help!!! Do NOT stay here!!!!

So requesting a handicapped room you would think the beds would be at appropriate height... wrong these beds were so low I struggled to get out of bed. I felt the springs from the mattress. The roll in shower sounds great however when you take a shower be prepared with a squeegee or lots of towels cuz the bathroom floor gets very slippery and very unsafe. The shower curtain had mold on it as well. The pool was on the chilly side but seemed to be well maintained. The desk staff was more than friendly and enjoyed the company of my son. Breakfast was a bit over priced but the guy working in the kitchen was accommodating especially when I needed to bring breakfast to my room.

I had an amazing time at this hotel from staff, guests, just an amazing time, will be back again... Next time it'll be the whole experience dining in sauna & bar & grill I can't say it enough awesome experience

The cleanliness of the room was subpar. To be fair, I find that no hotel room is clean enough for me these days. Hotels need to train their cleaning staff better. Carpet and tile floors both had stains. The fitted sheet didn’t fit the bed and I had to repeatedly fix it. The room smelled when we arrived so we opened the window and turned up the AC to try to air it out. It seemed like the entire hotel had a weird smell. Breakfast was very basic there was only one coffee urn and no decaf. The staff was helpful and cordial so I’m giving it three stars. But I wouldn’t stay here again.

I was attending a birthday celebration the hotel was clean and neat. The Staff was extremely nice and professional.The restaurant staff was great and the food good.plus they would prepare any way you like.

Contacted the hotel indicating a next day arrival because of illness in the family, understanding that day 1 of the stay was non-refundable, but wanted it to be understood that we would arrive on the 2nd and final day of our stay. Day 2 received an email, indicating a no-show, followed by a call to the hotel, in which I was hung up on multiple times and finally just refused to answer. I may have raised my voice but never used vulgar or abusive language. They simply didn't want to deal with it. After 45 minutes with the corporate agent, I finally received notification of my original reinstated prepaid reservation. I've stayed at lower priced Hilton properties, that were properly updated, had a free breakfast, and capable desk staff with more professionalism. Way too many options in KC to take another chance on this hotel again.

Hilton has a new policy that they don't provide daily house keeping for the rooms. I was there for four days and they don't provide any fresh towels, wash cloths. soap of shampoo and only one day of coffee pods in the room when you arrive. No made bed, no emptying of the waste baskets nothing! The room was untouched by housekeeping or any other employee for the full 4 days. The room furnace is very loud and blows on the wall next to the bed and the air ultimately bounces off the wall on you in bed! Totally unacceptable policy not to take care of the rooms during your stay.!
