Adjacent room to the right 2 ladies very loud talking for over 2 hours after 9pm, adjacent room to our left the Family very noisy with a child yelling, crying and screaming at multiple times throughout the night 9:45pm to 3:00am. Indicates walls and ceilings not very thick and or not built with sound insulation between dry wall/ wall studs. Staying at a Holiday Inn Express next to Kansas University Hospital before a surgery procedure For 2 adults in a single bed room not worth $181.92 due to losing many hours of sleep. We do not plan to reserve a room there in the future.

The room was nice and next to the hospital which I wanted, but the night person was not very nice at all. I went down twice to get pillows and a blanket and both times he was having a personal conversation on his phone and basically told me he couldn’t help me cause they didn’t have any. Then just went right back to his conversation. Very rude

When I visited with the manager she was very hard and cold. She made very clear that she didn't really care about what we experienced. We have used this facility 4 times in the last 8 months. Will go out of my way to find an

Unfriendly The hotel front desk is on the second floor. Very odd set up. The woman who appeared to be the manager was nasty, condescending and self important. Ill never return.

Dark, dingy and dirty. Could not believe I paid what I did for this room. Incredibly disappointed.

The room was clean. Everything restocked. The Wifi was great. Breakfast was the usual hotel style but it was fresh, good, and the area was clean.

Room was clean and gym was good, had the machines and equipment I was looking for.
