The bathroom soaps and shampoos wouldn’t come out the containers other than that is was fine

What is the procedure? We have no complaints about the property itself, even while being remodeled. HOWEVER, when there is a tornado warning in the middle of the night, shouldn't there be a plan to get people off of the upper floors? Our phone alarms went off so we went down the stairs, thru the construction area that was blocked off, and finally found the lobby. Only a few people were standing around. Others were probably still sleeping. The TV in the lobby was not even turned on for updates. This made us feel very unsafe! Thank goodness I was already awake and knew it was headed our way! Seems like there should have been a better plan!

The room was very clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. The 'office chair' at the desk needed to be replaced (mentioned to staff, was told new furniture was on the way). Breakfast was very good and fresh, from eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc. Overall had a great stay.

The property has been remodeled. They did a nice job. It’s too bad they didn’t spend some extra money on new beds. Very uncomfortable. The staff was mostly friendly. They wouldn’t let us check in 45 minutes early without a $35 charge. Never had a place not let us check in a little early or ask for a fee to do so. The shower amenities, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were nicely hanging on the wall in the shower but the conditioner was leaking out, causing the shower pan to be slippery which I couldn’t see. I slipped. I would always check this from now on. Would I recommend this…no.

Close to where I needed to be, and they allow dogs at a reasonable price. Our room had been "updated" (carpet, paint, bathroom), but the focus was definitely on cost and not quality or detail. Comfortable bed, but the furniture was older and the chair was very dirty (stained). The bathroom floor was dirty, and the outlet cover by the sink was covered in texture and/or paint from the remodel. We were on the third floor on the south end of the building, so the one central elevator was out of the way. The closest stairwell and ground exit were filthy from construction traffic and debris. It would have been nice to see someone (staff or work crew) make some attempt to keep these areas cleaned daily, but nobody did. There were dozens (maybe hundreds) of cigarette butts on the ground just outside the south door, and one butt lived in the same place on the stairs for our entire 3-day stay. I made the same observation with a tissue in the main hallway for two days until I threw it away. The free breakfast was good and well-stocked. Staff was nice. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. In summary, a decent stay for the price, but the place would look a lot better if there was more effort put into daily upkeep of common areas and the exterior grounds.

Overall, it was okay. The staff was not the most friendly. They were out of biscuits and yogurts for breakfast. The rooms were fairly nice; the only thing being there was mold above the shower tho.

They are remodeling and it is gonna be great when finished. Room was very clean and amazing bathroom!

Great location. Hotel appears to be in midst of renovating. Our room was clean, however when we moved the coffee table to fold out the couch, there were bits of chips that hadn’t been vacuumed. We were on the main floor and I had didn’t get the best sleep this stay due to “neighbors” being loud and slamming doors at 12:30am and then the next night we had loud people on the floor above us.

They are in the process of remodeling/upgrading. The room was fantastic...bathroom looked brand new. The common areas like the lobby and elevator still need updating but they appear to be working on it.
