堪薩斯城市-十字路口英迪格酒店(Hotel Indigo Kansas City – the Crossroads)

I cannot say enough nice things about our stay here. From the start the staff was amazing! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and welcoming. The room was so beautiful. The architecture of the room was so beautiful and unique. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to the KC area. We plan to stay again when we go back.

The room and hotel staff were amazing. They were accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and modern feeling. The motorized curtains were convenient. The bathroom layout was great and we really enjoyed the shower and tub. The only complaint we have is the noise. Early in the morning, there were dogs barking. Their barking started around 6am and lasted off and on for 3 hours, making it very difficult to sleep.

The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating to our needs. Valet parking was speedy fast. The rooms were very clean, comfortable. Lots of plug ins and excellent lighting and air conditioning.

Concert at T mobile center and easy to walk there and back, loved the valet service! Everything was great!!

It is a beautiful hotel, very nicely decorated and maintained. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. For parking there is either street parking for free or valet parking, which you pay for. When we were there the street parking was full surrounding the hotel so we paid for the valet parking which was nice and easy to use. The only issue is that there is a doggy daycare directly behind the hotel and if your room is unfortunately located on that side of the building, you will be woken by the sound of a pack of dogs barking right outside your window. I slept with earplugs in and could still hear them very clearly. If you enjoy waking up at 6:30, then it’s no problem! But otherwise, it is definitely a bit problematic and left for very little sleep in the morning.

staff was excellent and cooperative. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient to KC Grinders where we attended a concert.

Front desk staff, including the bartender were all extremely friendly and accommodating.

Great location and a beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly, bartender was a lot of fun and we were easy walking distance to restaurants and bars.
