The General Manager called earlier in the week to change my room accommodations from two Queen beds to a king suite, sure no problem. Somehow, my reservation was partially deleted and we had no rooms for the second night of our stay. The front desk attendant Anne, could not handle the issue and was very rude, putting her hand up at my face telling me to “Stop” when I inquired on how this was going to be fixed. We were also over charged.
