It was not a good stay anywhere from ants in our room to the thermostat didn’t work to both of us getting sick from the breakfast! Need I say more!

Nice hotel, but the ONLY elevator was out and they offered NO HELP to get your bags to your room. There was a very angry (rightfully so) old couple that was on the 3rd floor and could barely walk as it is. Poor service that if your only elevator is out and you are putting people with bags on the 3rd floor that you don't offer help. Honestly though, if the elevator were working it would have been great!

The hotel feels old. Cracked tiles, paper debris in halls, elevator etc. Lots of truckers and it did not feel comfortable for this business woman. I could not use the pool / too many men around, smoking outside at the entry way. I should never have completed check in.

The service was good! There for a big family weekend. The amenities were nice. Bathrooms could use some updating, such as toilet paper holder was rusty and very dusty. Our toilet clogged the first night and we had to get a plunger. Other than that, it was comfy and worked well. Good location for Worlds and Oceans of Fun.

Their breakfast was a notch above most with this same type of service. Great bacon, fresh sweet rolls and decent egg omlet!

Quiet yet close to shopping and the highway Holiday inn Express is excellent light blackout curtains which is appreciated

Check-in was fast an easy room was clean! Pool was nice breakfast was great! The beds were amazing! We stayed at the Hampton on the other side of church rd Friday an Saturday an left due to the beds feeling like you were laying on plywood. I’m all about how the beds are because you are there to sleep!!

The General Manager called earlier in the week to change my room accommodations from two Queen beds to a king suite, sure no problem. Somehow, my reservation was partially deleted and we had no rooms for the second night of our stay. The front desk attendant Anne, could not handle the issue and was very rude, putting her hand up at my face telling me to “Stop” when I inquired on how this was going to be fixed. We were also over charged.

I was just wondering why I was charged $141 already before checking in but then it said my amount due for the stay was only $113 I was goin to ask the front desk but no one was there before we had to leave!
