堪薩斯城鄉村俱樂部廣場長住酒店(Extended Stay America Suites - Kansas City - Country Club Plaza)

Proprty was old and room was dirty. Kept our shoes on anytime when not sleeping as the floors were filthy and everything was dingy. Many areas smelled like smoke. There was a smoke detector in the hallway that kept beeping due to a low battery. One night when we came back to the room there was a person sitting in the hallway (obviously not a guest) asking anyone who passed for a cigarette or money to buy cigarettes. I am assuming they were homeless as their clothes were dirty and they had awful body odor. I am not trying to pass judgment on them, however, it was pretty obvious that they did not have a room at the hotel and had just walked in and were attempting to sleep in the hallway.

The night stand was broken. The lamps and chairs needed to be replaced. Breakfast consisted of 3types of granola bars, instant oatmeal and mini muffins. Coffee or hot chocolate. No juice or water was available. The room needed room darkening curtains to block the bright lights in the parking lot.

I tried to cancel my 2nd night and was declined because I went through a 3rd party. I had 5 numbers for the 3rd party and it was an hour before I reached them; there was no bathroom on the lobby and I had just driven 5 hours. When the third party reached the hotel they were told they couldn't cancel the 2nd night and hung up. Very, very unhappy about paying for two nights and only staying one. When I tried to reach the desk that evening and the next morning there was noone there.

This place needs some TLC in the rooms. Our room had been smoked in, even though it is a non-smoking facility. The staff sprayed and tried to help but it was pretty heavy. Dated but we only needed a 1 night stay.

Was supposed to get a king suite, got 2 full beds. The bed was not very comfortable and my boyfriend and I are very tall. The utensils/dishes and pots and pans provided were mixed matched and wasn’t given dish soap or rags or anything but Overall was an okay stay and would stay again due to convenience of location and having a kitchen in the unit.

The room didn't feel very clean, toilet made the loudest noises until you went an flushed it. Had to shut the bathroom door at night it was so loud. Went to look for ice the 1st night and quickly ran back to the room, because you could hear 2 men arguing very very loudly in a nearby room.. the 2nd night there was a group of 4 people passing a vodka bottle around sitting on the stoop. I just didnt feel safe staying here. Doubt ill ever stay at an extended stay ever again.

I went to the front desk and asked for clean towels and was told that I needed to bring my dirty towels to them first to exchange for clean towels! I’ve never had to do this at any hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

If you're looking for a comfortable bed to sleep in and hot water for a shower, this is not your place to stay. The staff was super friendly and the check-in was easy, though.

hotel was clean in the lobby area and thats about it. Hallway to our room smelled like a crime scene. room was outdated and unpleasant. the carpet had stains in them. bathroom door was broken at the handle. the tub faucet leaked and the shower head was not very functionable and the water pressure was not good. Kitchen area looked like it had been there since the 70's. never felt comfortable and not very safe in this place. becuase we got in late, we stayed the one night and left for a different hotel the next day.
