堪薩斯城賽道舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites Speedway - Kansas City)

The shuttle service to the speedway was great! Housekeepers did not pickup towels or empty trash cans while we were gone. Overall, it was a really good experience. We plan to stay there again.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast options in the morning (eggs, sausage, waffle maker, plus some bread and fruit).

Our visit to KCK was to see family to celebrate several birthdays. Our arrival was in snowy, windy and bitter cold temperatures. Hot beverages available 24/7 in the lobby and great heat in our room made the visit feel like home. Would stay again when in the area. FULL breakfast too provided something for everyone! Staff very helpful and attentive.

This motel is in bad need of an upgrade - very dingy and not well taken care of. Elevator made weird noises - almost afraid to ride in it. We were there in the middle of a cold snap and there was a ton of salt residue in the lobby that they never made an effort to clean. We will not stay here again!

The front desk staff, Georgia, was very rude. Me and my daughter were going there to spend a night away from family as a girls night. She found it very suspicious that my daughter was the one who booked the hotel, I didn’t think it was that big of a deal because it didn’t say she had to be a certain age when booking. She proceeds to ask me for my tag number, most likely because she thought I was going to leave my 18 year old there to “party”. After I gave my tag number, I asked her why they asked for my tag number and she ignored my question and gave us a room number. My daughter did not like Georgias attitude or the way the room smelled like cigarette smoke. My daughter was so uncomfortable that she just wanted to go home. I went back at around 10pm to check out because I just didn’t want to deal with it in the morning. Once I stated that I wanted to check out, Georgia says’ “that’s odd.” I really wish my daughter didn’t have to experience being treated like that when she did nothing wrong.

I paid for a suite, but it was a handicapped suite. Next day, they moved us to smaller room. They were nice about it. Thought maybe I’d get a little discount, but since I went thru *******, they weren’t able.

Property needs updated. Holes in doors and walls. Huge portions of hall carpet torn up. No mirror in room . Just hangers where it used to be

Great location but the walls and drapes are dirty and when I opened the microwave there was a an uneaten microwaveable bowl of Mac and cheese in there.

We've stayed at the Comfort Suites Speedway - Kansas City several times and always enjoyed the convenient location and friendly service. This time, however, we were disappointed with the overall quality and cleanliness of the room. There was a weird odor when we walked in (smelled like food and trash). The carpet was ripped in the hallway and things just looked worn out. It's definitely time for a remodel.
