When trying to check in, the employee told me I would be charged an additional $200 fee or I could “find somewhere else to stay” then walked away. Not sure why there is an additional $200 deposit at this location, or why that isn’t notated ANYWHERE before paying the NON REFUNDABLE booking payment. Finally he came back and acted like he wasn’t just a **** to me. Mainsplained how hotels work then 25 minutes later checked me in. Had no remote for TV, wouldn’t answer desk phone, walked down there. Took him another 35 minutes to locate a remote for me with taped in batteries. No amenities as listed. Rude workers. Save you’re money.
