One of the other guests had a dog barking at late hours but it ended up stopping. The room was clean, bed was good, staff was friendly and overall a good stay.

The stay was kool I would definitely come back

There were none smoking signs all over, and the hotel smelled so bad like people smoke everywhere, it smelled so much that it gave me a headache. I got a room with 3 queen beds because it was 6 of us and there were only 4 big towels in the room, when I went to ask for 2 more the front receptionist was very rude.

By far one of the worst experiences I've had checking into a hotel. Arrived at hotel and received key to room on 2nd floor. Went up to room and key didn't work. Went back to lobby and receptionist fixed the key. Back up to 2nd floor, opened the room and it was clearly occupied. Back to lobby again and after seemed like forever finally got a key to new room (room numbers had been transposed so instead of 23 the room was supposed to be 32). Went to 3rd floor with new keys/new room, opened door and a guy was standing there as it was his room. Back to lobby again. Mind you it was busy and only one person working so after nearly an hour, I was finally able to get a room that no one was occupying. No discounts or anything offered to me or other guests for the inconvenience.

**** smells all over the place but the room. Front desk person was rude about checking in.. before we could say anything, she went on saying “if you’re checking in, there’s a wait, no rooms are available but they’re being cleaned and there’s people ahead of you”! When we finally made it to the room, I noticed hairs on the bathtub and comforter. They had already charged our card so we decided to just make it work and stay regardless but we weren’t happy. First and last time in that place!

The property is dirty. The rooms are dated. We had ripped carpet, stained carpet, stained sofa, lamp stand wasn't wiped off. The breakfast area was a disaster with syrup all over the floor and they just left it. It was tracked all over the entryway and elevator. It could be a great place but you can tell that however is running just doesn't care. The rooms we had were great on set up, 1 king in one room and 2 queens in another. Both had their own bathrooms so the kids could shower and get ready at the same time as us, so that was nice.
