The room was nice and clean. The woman who ran breakfast was very nice and friendly. The front desk staff were great as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The type of breakfast was a nice change of pace as well with the frittatas.
Also, I left my wallet in the room assisted with expediting the return through their 3rd party lost and foind partner.

Loved everything about this motel until I was woken up in the morning by people in next room talking. The walls must be paper thin because I could hear every word and they didn’t appear to be yelling.

Overall a good hotel. Clean modern and 15 minutes away from Arrowhead stadium.
The only downfall is that the walls and floors of the rooms were clearly made from tissue. You can hear every step thats made above you and below. Also can hear the toilet flush next door and the entire phone conversation that someone is having at 2am.
I did NOT sleep good for 3 nights.
Everything else was fine.

Rooms were very clean and like new. Excellent furniture and comfortable beds. Requested fresh towels on our 2nd day, front desk promised they will be in our room, got back to the room late and the towels were never delivered.
