The staff was friendly and informative. The facility was clean and comfortable.

I stayed two night. The cleaners did not make my bed or even enter the room to tidy up. For $150 a night I expect the bed to be made. Also, the walls are thin, the doors are set so they slam shut and the property is located next to a highway. If you're a light sleeper this hotel is not the one for you. The breakfast wasn't very good. The scrambled eggs are laden with salt and so are the sausage patties. There wasn't much more available aside from those two things (yogurt and cereal). This place is definitely not worth $150 per night.

What a gem!! Super clean, incredible staff. Shout out to Kiersten who went above and beyond to make our large family comfortable. Pool is clean and wonderfully warm. Breakfast was good too. Airport shuttle was on time and efficient. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and it’s friendly staff.

Clean and fairly comfortable option located very close to MCI. Shower was great and shuttle (which ran regularly) provided very convenient access to multiple areas. Service at Front Desk could be more pleasant and warm. * Note: Bonvoy Members are not recognized or acknowledged at this unit.

I had a one night stay at the Towneplace Suites, Kansas City, MO. due to flight delays. Shuttle service available to and from the airport. The staff were really wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was as expected for the price and reputation, except that the same overnight clerk at both 9am and 5am was just terrible. They were in a miserable mood, but more likely they were also a miserable person in general. They made zero effort to be friendly. They may have been crying or were very sick, so who knows what's going on there. Sample: When I checked out, they asked if I wanted a receipt. I declined, and they went back to typing on their computer. I waited for a minute, expecting they were filling out a form and there would be some kind of confirmation that the transaction was complete. I eventually asked if that was all, and they snottily said yes. Wow! I didn't lose any sleep over it, and my general experience was good, but I just can't believe this person found their way into the customer service industry.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Night clerk was awesome. The female clerk innthe morning. Lazy and bad attitude. Management needs to have some re-training or discipline with this one.
