We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding and the facilities were beautiful. We shared a meal at the breakfast and it was quite nice.

Beautiful place with good staff

This is a good price, good location, parking was easy/affordable/plentiful! A few complaints: there's no fan that you're able to have some kind of white noise so you can hear EVERYTHING between the rooms (I heard a bachelorette party and full on conversations), also the room is fairly bright with random lights (the blackout curtains were great though), and while MOST of the front staff was super friendly and welcoming I did have a bad experience with my checkout and the woman at the front desk being really rude and telling me she's not willing to give me a receipt (she basically fought with me) -- but when I called later they luckily gave me one and were super nice about it.

Great location for event at Kansas City Convention Center - we walked about half a mile. Parking in hotel lot was an additional charge of $20/night but they did allow us to stay in the lot after checkout while our event finished up. 👍 I haven’t stayed downtown anywhere lately so I was disappointed with high price.

We came to KC for a concert at the Midland and was very pleased with the hotel. The location was perfect. We parked at the hotel and didn't have to drive anywhere for 3 days. It was 4 blocks from the venue and all the restaurants, bars and the train to be able to venture into other parts of the city.

Très bien situé. Près de tout à pieds (restaurants, boutiques, bars sportifs, tramway gratuit, pharmacie, T-Mobile center, etc) Personnel sympathique surtout Miss Piggy qui s’occupe des déjeuners et qui est très drôle et accueillante. Bon déjeuner jusqu’à 10 h Grande chambre avec bon rideau opacte. Immeuble est un peu vieux (bain avec douche) mais bien entretenu. Immeuble est situé à proximité du poste de police donc un peu plus de sirènes.

Very clean hotel. Only 3 blocks from the Power and Light District so we walked there each night. It was nice for that convenience so we didn’t have to drive or find parking there. I would highly recommend this hotel. It meet all our expectations.

This hotel has a great location to restaurants. Their breakfast is amazing. The room was spacious and clean. It was a little loud at night (but its in the downtown area) just know that thought.
