康賽普特住宅酒店(Hotel Koncept Residence)

I have just spent three nights in this wonderful hotel. The purpose was so I could visit sites in western Sarajevo. The hotel organised a shuttle to pick me up from the airport and dropped me at the door. I can’t say enough about the staff in this hotel. That covers everyone from the management, the receptionists, the wait and bar staff. They make the atmosphere in this place and it is just stunning. The room was pretty good, on the 4th floor. Comfortable and clean. I wasn’t really there to experience the hotel. It was a base but it was such a pleasure to come back in the afternoon to this hotel. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.

Özellikle otel çalışanları çok cana yakın ve ilgililer. Eşimin doğum günü olduğunu bildirmiştim; bunu dikkate alıp bize küçük sürprizler yaptılar bu bile bizi çok mutlu etti. Genel olarak otelde keyifli zaman geçirdik. İyileştirme tavsiyelerim; kahvaltıda mutlaka tost yapılabilecek bir makine, TV kanallarında daha fazla seçenek, banyoda daha fazla yardımcı malzeme bulundurmaları olacaktır.

Büyük Balkan turu dahilinde bir gece konakladık. Kaldığımız oda suit gibi bir odaydı. Yataklı bölümü Koltuklu ve televizyonlu bölümden bir perde ile ayırmışlar. İki kişilik yatak küçüktü. Sanırım 140 cm civarındaydı. Akşam yemeğini bu otelde yedik. Gulaşa benzer bir et yemeği geldi. Grubun yüzde sekseni yemeği beğenmedi. Kahvaltısı ortalama.

Buena limpieza, aunque detalle de muebles (sillas) manchadas es un poco desagradable. Lo que nos molestó fue la música en volumen alto por pasillo de habitaciones e inclusive dentro lo cual, después de un largo viaje, fue desagradable. Pasadas las 11 de la noche, por fin, apagaron esa música y reino un delicioso silencio.

Lovely staff. Rooms are super cool, and the hotel has a vibe unlike any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Restaurant food was good and was also a really good value. Parking options are good too.

I extended my stay 3 times, gave up Belgrade & Sofia knowing they couldn't give me a spacious view room to work in for a comparable price. Good base for Sarajevo, just take a bus to the old city; even intercity buses to Germany & lovely Mostar stop nearby. Nice people and vast, varied breakfast -- couldn't fit it all in 7 photos. Parking too, which is an issue in downtown hotels. 2 grocery stores & good bakery around the corner. Thankful I found them...

Not the best location for visiting the city, but good option to rest. Residential area. Recent decorations and comfortable installations. Nice service at front desk. Small bathroom but rooms are pretty spacious.

Easy and close to airport. The problem was the smell of cigarette smoke in my room and while sleeping. The smell was very strong for a non smoking room.

Check in was good. There was a wedding on and the lobby was extremely crowded and loud with music blaring. Many people were smoking
