It is really a good stay

I would like to describe it was a decent stay. The positive side of this property was near to sun rise point and complimentary breakfast was awesome and the receptionist were friendly. The negative sides are there was no lift facility in this property for our rooms, and there was no hot water facility available in my rooms but others rooms were having that facility. Important thing is we checked in room at 2 pm but our check in time was 12 pm, even though we were late they didn't provided all the rooms which we booked. They asked to wait for an hour, so visited vivekandar rock and at 5 pm we got all our rooms.

Rooms were average with not so comfortable beds, food taste was not at all good, we skipped breakfast because of this and wifi was very slow and there was no network in rooms

The room was not bad but the toilets is literally small and unhygienic. I have booked 3 rooms for my family those 3 bathrooms was unhygienic and very small. But the staff was good while the ac was not working they had changed the room postively. Except bathrooms it was an average experience

It was like an okay experience, not so great but also not so bad. In washroom toilet seat was broken but that is fine hotel owner already mentioned about it earlier, it was our choice as we need room quickly.

Property location is very good, complimentary breakfast was ok ok only - not much variety (repeated items, no specific amenities, improvement needed with rooms, stinking bathrooms, broken doors, no window at all.

When we checked room photos it was looking good but the reality was way far from what we saw. When we reached hotel on 6th april they gave us one room where ac was making lot of noise and it was very dusty. I had to go back to reception and ask for another room which was dusty near bathroom ventilator. Room was not that tidy. Room view was also not satisfying. We had some emergency and had to vacate room on 7th april. Hotel management was not ready to refund executive was very helpful and he tried his best to help us, however it was in vain. Our stay was not that great and would never visit again to this hotel.

Given rooms were horrible. Water lekage im washroom ac off no cleaning in the room full of mosquottes and flies worst breakfast worst hotel staff not ready to help u druken staff

Food was good room are good but there was a sting smell in the corridor. Rooms also. There were holes in doors of bathroom no exhaust fan in bathroom.

Shower not working poor room service no hot water for bathing this is an average hotel with mediocre level facilities

Location is good but the complimentary breakfast provided was very worst. The same dishes for all our duration of stay and the taste was very bad. The rooms were also not good all door/windows/sanitary wares were broken in rooms. Very poor maintenance.

Property not hygienic full of mosquitoes, and. Smeel8ng rooms, even not provided essential, it's not recommendable hotel worst experience, staff not cooperative

The experience was good at the hotel and the room was good including the bathroom which was clean. The breakfast food was very limited pls add some more food varieties and the mirror in the bathroom is not good at all. If these are done the hotel will be more good.

The worst experience we had here. stayed with my family, took 7 rooms. The hotel management is least bothered about people who stay here, they just want money. Rooms were very pathetic, not cleaning some bad small in most of the rooms. Rooms are very very small, bad room is super small…it is not a luxury stay…There are many good hotels to stay nearby. There was no Faust in the toilet. I will never stay here again. The name of the hotel is grand but there is no lift for many rooms, very bad bathroom, very small rooms.
