Good location very friendly service Thank you for a nice stay

Good hotel, comfortable for family. Room neat and clean. All main actractions wakable distance only. Car parking also available.

Stay was decent with clean rooms walkable to rock memorial and tourist attraction near the vicinity.

Room was specious but the bathroom was not clean. And none of the staffs came for cleaning the room in two days’ stay

No parking available and asked me to park somewhere far from the hotel. Got a call in early morning and take out the car from there. I couldn't able to take proper peaceful sleep. Asked for fresh towels and room service, the person collected the towels, and he said that no fresh towels are available until 11 pm, but ironically, i got towel in the next morning at 4:30 am. I have paid 7. 5 thousand per night, and it is not even worthy for 1000 rupees either. You should take out this hotel from your list. You should refund full amount

Hotel had its hay days. Rooms were good at some time but no maintenance, no proper cleaning. Seems like management has no intention to provide proper customer service. Barely running the hotel with few staff.

The hotel staff is good. The location is good, near to major tourist spots. However, the bedding was not up to the mark. The bedsheet and blankets had been torn by rats. Also one of the guests complained about rats in their room. The rats destroyed their luggage. Overall the room rent was costlier, it could have been at least 2000 rs less.

very old hotel. cleanliness was very poor. Hair remnants on floor and even on the bed. All the bathroom taps were leaking. charged very high. very bad experience. loss of money.. could get much better hospitals for this spent

Photos displayed on trip adviser are good but in reality horrible.No television or wardrobe available in the room

Decent stay, kind and courteous service. I stayed in a family room. For the price it's decent, but the beds we're a little hard. Other than that room was neat and good.
