This Hot l excelled in every category. The service was excellent the hotel is in excellent shape the rooms beautiful and bed very comfortable. The location is great just a little bit off the main road so very quiet.

The manager was rude. Initially the room given to us was a balcony room but the commode flush was not working so we had to change the room. The next room was much smaller and the manager was arguing with us when we mentioned about the size of the room. Without fixing the toilet why do they give the room?
rest of it was okay. The location is very close to the beach and temple. All of it is within walking distance
you can watch the sunrise or sunset from the hotel itself as it has a good view from the terrace

Hotel management was worse. They are not concerned about cleaning the bath room even. Not even changing bedsheets and towel. I stay for two days. It was very bad experience. They did not help me for warm water, though i have my kid with me. Very bad experience

Th room floor was wooden, it was sticky, and no proper drainage fr water inside bathroom, water was landing on the bathroom floor fr much time while bathing, it should not have been recommend from mm t

Poor service. No reception service. Calls are not recieved from the reception at all. Hot water limited time. No tiffin served

The hotel does not have any intercom or a restaurant. The wifi listed as an amenity is restricted till the reception area.

Big room with luxury, very hygienic, good staffs, prime location.. decoration of room is nice ..at this price point it's best in kanyakumari..
