還挺好的 衹可惜廚房什麼的都用不上 冰箱更是噪音很大不得不拔掉電源 房間雖然大但卻沒有浴缸 可以改進的地方仍然很大

喜歡這個地方，我們很幸運能得到一間雙人房供我們兩個人住 10 晚，所以住宿也非常寬敞。 有兩個陽台可供選擇，但我們主要坐在泳池區附近。 房間裡的設施是一個額外的好處——水壺、洗衣機、微波爐、冰箱等。 當我們遇到房間問題時，杜姆斯真的很有幫助。 飯店位置很好，沿著路走就有出租車站。 計程車站對面是dolmus 車站。 使用dolmus進城比較便宜。 沿著這條路繼續前行，有很多當地商店可以購買主食、牛奶、麵包等。 最後一天中午 12 點我們不得不騰出房間。 因為直到晚上7點才有人來接我們。 因此決定額外支付 50 英鎊，我們得到了另一個房間，這對我們很有幫助。 我們抱怨的唯一抱怨是我們的房間沒有打掃乾淨。 請注意，它們每三天清潔一次。 這是我們對這家酒店唯一的負面評價。 尤其是浴室區域。 我們是五月去的，所以在學校高峰之前酒店安靜一點

This place is really customer service focused. Great value for money and we would all definitely return. I have seen some reviews saying that the location is a bit far out. As a family with 3 children (12,7 & 2) we had no issues with the location at all. It’s a 15 minute walk into Calis where you can find reasonably priced restaurants. The bus stop is at the bottom of the street to take you into Fethiye. The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk as the on site shop is limited and charges a bit higher prices. I found all the staff really professional and friendly with any issued tackled straight away. The rooms as very clean and spacious with the house keeping doing a fantastic job. The grounds are beautifully kept and it was a pleasure to sit out on the balcony as it was very quiet. You can order all food to your room which is also very good. The only slight downside was the power cuts but that affected the whole area so nothing to do with the hotel.

Room - Easily the best accommodation we've stayed in on holiday, booked a 2 bedroom duplex room 502, could have slept 5 people,P.S if your in this room and have a cat outside every morning we apologize. Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Pool - Pool was a decent enough size always had loungers available, If your coming with children there isn't an awful lot other than just the pool literally nothing else. Food - Ate from the hotel restaurant twice and on both occasions it wasn't for us, really didn't enjoy the pizza or burgers but there is a few other choices we didn't try. Location - A little bit out the way, took about 15 mins to get to the bars and restaurants but there is a dolmus 2 mins away and a taxi rank. Don't think we'd return solely down to location and your holiday depends on other visitors, so if there is alot of families with children it won't be peaceful because the pool areais quite compact, there where children when we where there (all very well behaved) but I image if there was more families with children it would get to much for us.

We loved Calis Fethiye that much we have decided to go back this year in 2024 (but to a different hotel) there is lots to see and do, friendly locals and a real family atmosphere! Diana has wonderful gardens and the place was very clean ! No noise, no entertainment, limited eating on site, but that is what we wanted so all good. The location is on the out skirts, a 20 minute walk to the main ***** (in the boiling sun this is too far so we caught a bus most days) The mini market on site is VERY expensive so try not to shop here. My final qualm would be the one bed apartment i booked for two adults and one child wasn't really suitable, it had a very uncomfortable sofa bed that my son ended up sleeping on in the kitchen area! Other than that ok :)

Stayed in Diana residence with my son for over a week in May 2024. I can not fault the place, very clean and friendly staff. Met my expectations I will def go back, highly recommend the place . Special thanks to Durmus who was really helpful, he tried his best to help in every request we had

剛從這個美妙的地方回來，我們都非常喜歡在這裡住宿的每一分鐘。房間很棒，我們有一個三房的公寓，非常寬敞，並配備了我們兩週住宿所需的一切，包括洗衣機和洗碗機。空調也很棒而且可以免費使用。游泳池很漂亮，沒有早起去預訂日光浴床，因為周圍有很多東西可以去。整個酒店給人一種可愛悠閒的感覺。 所有員工從一開始就非常友好、樂於助人並且非常熱情。我們實際上無可挑剔。 這樣一個寶石般的地方我們一定會再來的。

Fantastic place, extremely friendly and clean. Omer and his brothers make sure they do everything in their power to ensure you have a stress free holiday. We have had numerous holidays at Diana and they make you feel so welcome it is like visiting family you don’t want to go anywhere else. They have a restaurant and bar onsite so if you do not want to venture out Zeke at the bar will ensure you have a great night and will make any drink you can imagine and many he has dreamed up The beach with numerous bars and restaurants are very close, within walking distance or local bus/taxis 2 minutes away if unable to walk. Stunning sunsets can be experienced from sitting in the restaurant on beach front If you have never visited Turkey before then this is the place to go The Turkish are extremely friendly and all will be very welcoming to their country

Me and my wife visited Diana's residence. We already knew the area as we stayed at Jiva beach hotel the year before. Loved the area but unfortunately Jiva didn't float our boat. So we decided on self catering accommodation. Saw Diana's and booked it straight away, not even realising it was only 300 yards away from Jiva. It might have been close but our experience was a million miles better. So relaxing and friendly. Our room, 201, was fully equipped, everything worked. The air con was brilliant, as you could adjust the temperature to your liking. Also the quietest I've ever experienced. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. The wife enjoys cooking so we had some lovely breakfasts and lunches, but had to eat inside because of the forever hungry cats. All the staff could not do enough to make our stay pleasurable, without being in your face. Special thanks to Zeki, the bar man, watch out for his cocktails. He also organised a beautiful cake for my wife's birthday. All in all, if you want a place to chill out this is the place. You can still go into town for some action. We did, walked, taxi or bus, easy. We'll be back.

We had another amazing holiday at the Diana, we have been going to the Diana for 11 years . Omar and his staff work so hard and will do anything for you . The apartments are spotless they cleaned every three days with clean towels and bedding, We had lots of days by the pool which had lots of sun beds and parasols You can get the little bus into calis which works out at £1-50 for two there are lots of bars and tavernas there or you could walk it takes about ten minutes We had food brought to our balcony a couple of times which is very reasonable priced and we didn’t have a bad meal it was all delish or you can eat in the bar /restaurant area We have booked again for next year Thankyou from John and Linda x😎

We had a great stay at this this hotel. Our room was pool facing with easy access to the pool. The beach was also just a short walk away. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants were also close by. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils, cutlery, plates and cups. There was also a dishwasher and washing machine in the room which was handy. There was also a mini supermarket on site for all the essentials. The room was cleaned every 3 days and the towels were also replaced every 3 days. The house keeping team did a great job and were polite and friendly. The reception team was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable and advised us on places to visit in Fethiye. We took the bus to the city centre, however you can also get taxi from the hotel. Overall we had a lovely relaxing holiday and would definitely return to this place.

Despite the hotel being fairly new, it’s location right on the edge of the resort let’s it down big time. Surrounded by scrubland and a good 10 min walk to bars and restaurants. Pool area and sunbeds are the other big issue as there’s only 3 sides on the pool where you can lay out. There are probably half the number of sunbeds for the number of guests and the constant battle with people reserving beds overnight is ridiculous. Despite warning notices the staff do nothing about it unfortunately. So for most people you have to go to the beach.

Just returned from a wonderful break from Diana Residence in Calis Beach. We were a party of 5 friends and stayed in one of the 3 bed Duplex apartments. The accomodation was lovely, absolutely spotless and so so spacious. The Duplex consisted of one king size bedroom downstairs with balcony and seatng for two. Large bathroom with toilet and shower, large lounge area with table and seating, fully equipped kitchentte, washing machine and dishwasher ! Balcony overlooking the pool with seating and clothes dryer. Upstairs were a further two bedrooms, one double and one twin with another balcony and a further bathroom with a shower and bath. The complex is absolutely immaculate, well kept lawn areas and shrubbery, and gorgeous flowers. There is a snack and drinks bar, we had lunch there twice and the food was lovely great service from the chaps there and good fun. There is a small shop which has all the essentials and lovely fresh bread delivered every morning. From the moment we arrived Durmus was the perfect host and was always on hand for any quesions or recommendations. We are looking to return next year with our families as we could not fault the complex and staff at all they made our first trip to Calis and wonderful one.
