Stay has been decent, but the hotel location is far from dal lake, food is awesome but power cut is very frequent

Too much flies in room i call reception but no action taken by hotel reception. Hotel is good but whole night i cant sleep due to flies

Kettle was not working. Rest everything was okayish. Restaurant staff were friendly. Rooms are old and needs renovation but functionality wise, things were fine like bed heater and hot shower.

Good Service and Obidient staff with great food. The taste of the food provided was very good. The rooms were very clean and neat. Hot water and heaters were working properly ( a necessity in winters) Location is great and generator was also working properly.

Hotel Shefaf is great hotel Srinagar Good place to stay. Rooms are big and really nice. They didn’t provide any extra heater but bed heater was enough. Staff’s are very polite and friendly. If anyone is staying then have food here. Food is really good

My stay here was refreshing & rejuvenating. The staff are extremely cooperative & well mannered. The rooms have a character and give you plenty of food for thought. The neighbourhood is lively and a shopper's paradise.

Our family stayed in 2 ground floor rooms. Owner of hotel wants to save cost so here are simple rules for all guests. #Hot water from 7am or 7pm for 3 hours in the day.#current from 6pm onwards using generator else stay in dark. #Outside food not allowed in hotel. Staff is polite, willing to listen but follow rules is enforced. In one of our rooms rat was roaming around, assuming it was ground floor. As per Google, it's a 3-$tar hotel which is inaccurate in our opinion.

Room quality average, switches not working, tea katly in broken condition, need to pursue a lot for any service. Staff quality average. Food quality average. Sub standard hotel. Receptionist sleeping at counter and not responding properly.

I love my stay and they are so friendly. Even the staff members are so co-operative. They guide us in every aspect possible.
