늦게 체크인 해서 (오후7시 정도) 역 까지 송영 서비스가 되지 않았습니다 가로등 없는 어두컴컴한 길을 15분 캐리어 끌고 갔습니다 혼자 가거나 여자끼리 갔으면 너무 무서웠을거 같은.. 엘리베이터가 없어서 조금 불편했습니다 그 외에는 너무 만족 했습니다!

Vraiment decepcion Les fotos sur ******* ne sont pas la meme Ils n’ont pas donné la chambre que j’ai reserve prq ils n’ont pas disponible pour evenement de film Meme pas de champoin ! Rien ! Zero !

Soy socia Gold en Hotels Rewards. Es la primera vez que nos tratan así: En vez de un ascenso en la habitación, tuvimos un descenso. Nos metieron en una habitación e parecía salida de los 70s. Olía a guardado. Sí. Una vista muy bonita. Pero nada más.

Súper el sitio, el cuarto súper organizado con una gran vista, la atención atención en todos los sentidos estuvo execelente no me quejo, cumplió con la expectativas del hotel torre de cali.

The staff was extremely polite and resourceful. My room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the city. My driver gave me a tour of certain prominent buildings and he told me on the 42nd floor was a beautiful view of the city, good music, food, and drinks.

This building is a city landmark but the hotel runs short of our expectations as such. Our room A/C wasn't working properly, the TV had no signal, the safe didn't work, bathroom sink had no hot water. The elevator system was pretty much like a maze. To get to rooftop restaurant you have to walk up 2 sets of stairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went to the rooftop restaurant and the waitress was doing everything by herself: sitting customers, taking their orders, bringing orders to the tables, closing accounts and even cleaning up the tables...and she ALWAYS had a smile in her face, she was the highlight of our stay at the hotel. The breakfast is not included in your stay, I even think they charge you for a cup of coffee. The bed was comfortable! Overall was disappointing for such big and famous hotel. The staff definitely made a diference for us!
