Siamo stati 3 notti in questo resort formato da tende di vario livello.Noi avevamo un'eco tenda Luxury con tutti i confort.Prezzo molto alto ma ne valeva la pena.Periodo di bassa stagione ,quindi poca gente in giro.Non ha prezzo stare sulla veranda della tenda di notte con un cielo stellato e un silenzio da brividi.Buono anche il ristorante anche se i prezzi sono alti.del resto e' l'unico resirt di un cero livello in zona, molto comodo per le escursioni nel parco.Personale gentile e disponibile.Un'esperienza da fare e consigliare.Unico problema il caldo e le innumerevoli fastidiose mosche soprattutto di giorno.

Wij verbleven 4 nachten in Karijini NP met een 2wd campervan van 7.20m. 1 dag Dales campground, zonder power, grote plaatsen, eco toilet, douchen bij visitor’s center. Fortescue Falls, Fern pool heerlijk zwemmen, goede weg en 1 dag is genoeg om alles te zien. Daarna 3 nachten Eco Retreat zonder power, simpele faciliteiten, restaurant. Prachtig mooie gorges. Wij deden Joffre gorge (aan te lopen vanaf Eco Retreat), Knox (heftig klauteren), Weano en Hancock (vanaf zelfde parkeerplaats), maar geen aanrader met 2wd, al zeggen ze bij de receptie dat het wel kan. Wij waren er aan het eind van de droge tijd, het zal hier nog mooier zijn na The Wet.

Wir haben kurzfristig die Reiseroute geändert, nachdem wir von den Asbestadern auf den Trails und von Wittenoom gehört und dann gelesen haben. Die Stadt ist nur 18 km entfernt der Unterkunft, das war uns zu riskant. Der Wind kann die Fasern mehrere Hundert km tragen, wenn nicht sogar weiter. Das Risiko in 30 Jahren Krebs zu bekommen stand für uns nicht dafür. Schade dass darüber nicht mehr Aufklärung, auf der Seite der Unterkunft beispielsweise, stattfindet. Angesichts des Risikos, dass Urlauber eingehen finde ich es nicht nur gut sondern verpflichtend darüber aufzuklären, sodass man weiß worauf man sich wirklich einlässt.

Der Busch-Campingplatz für 40$ ist ok. Toiletten und Dusche sind einfach aber sauber. Das highlight war das Abendessen im Freiluft - Restaurant. Freundlicher/aufmerksamer Service, dazu eine Küche die einfach Super ist. Kann ich wärmstens Empfehlen!

Booked for 4 days and left after 2. Cold water, shortage of ablutions for number of sites and terrible idea of cooking facilities and clean-up. If this is what is on offer for accommodation that indicates it is a retreat, then visitors are going to be very disappointed with this campsite. Go to Tom Price Caravan Park for camping and still near enough to all the attractions of Karajini.

Campsites not that friendly to tent pegs. Appropriate dedicated tent sites would be good. Facilities very good but could do with more checking for cleaning. Dining excellent. Super friendly and helpful staff. Jaw dropping natural scenery.

Stayed in the campground, $44/nt for an unpowered site. Facilities are sparse, poorly maintained and dirty. Wouldn't like to be here when the place is full. We did have a meal in the restaurant which was good, and the staff are pleasant and helpful.

Really great resort in the outback in Karijini National Park right next to Joffre Gorge. Very friendly accommodating staff. Was a great stay 👍😎😍 The restaurant is very good. Guided walks are offered. A good starting point for exploring the national park.

Seriously amazing!!!! Everything was better than I expected. Good location within the National park and close to heaps of attractions. The staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful and nothing was a drama! We had to change our stay dates and they were more than accomodating and so helpful. The meals at the restaurant were also 5 star (for a place out in the middle of no where with limited facilities!!!!!) Our family absolutely loved our stay out at the Eco resort and can’t wait to come back and do it again!

What an amazing area to visit. Gorges, waterfalls, walking trails and so on. It has it all. This is a precious part of the WA outback which can be enjoyed by all. We stayed at the Karijini Eco Retreat in a deluxe eco tent. It was the perfect place to stay after a long day out exploring. The meals at the nearby restaurant were superb along with the wait staff.

The National Park itself is peaceful and beautiful being one with nature. You can do 3 gorges in one day and Mt Bruce. We tried to access one of the gorges via the camp grounds but because of road works it was closed so we wasted 40mins getting back out to the main road to drive another 45mins to get to Dales Gorge. I wouldn’t recommend staying in the “eco tents” what a ripoff we booked 2 nights. the restaurant is over priced $42 for a 7cm piece of Barra and they run out of desert not a lot of options. Continental breakfast was poor. The water fountain handle is broken, staff even said they reported it but nothing is done about it. No indigenous cultural presence or artefacts or history shown it is just a run down outback pub sadly with an outdoor bbq for a restaurant and glamping tents. This is not Eco. No environmental education material or anything labelled regarding their eco practices not even a recycle bin sign. We stayed in the Deluxe tent which was clean and comfy. We have an esky in our room you’ll need to have ice for that but no rubbish bin so byo your own rubbish bags because you have to take your rubbish with you. Staff are super friendly and understaffed. I did a bit of stargazing. Just do a day trip and stay a campground.

It is an amazing place which is different from the usual hotel or resort. Right in the middle of the national park, one can experience the serenity and beauty of creation. The staff members were very helpful and went out of the way to help me with another booking for a visit in July. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a gorge that is just 15 minutes walk from the place of stay. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was also commendable. Great place. Will certainly recommend it

It’s such a magical place that needs to be experienced to believe. Thanks to the Eco Retreat we had accommodation options for our discerning family elders so that they could experience the gorges and stay in comfort. Why not 5 stars? They stayed in the Deluxe Tents which were terrific however, they ran out of hot water (4 guests stayed) and had cold showers. The burgers are wonderful and we would return for them. They are take away only unfortunately. We stayed for 4 nights and the trash disposal issue remains the responsibility of guests which is fine but please educate your staff on where to go. Two separate staff informed us that we would have to go back to Tom Price or “go to the roadhouse on the way to Port Hedland”. For your information, there are trash skips next to the watertank at the Overflow Campgrounds near the visitors centre (East Park Entrance) on the way to Dales Gorge and a skip on the way to Hamersley Gorge. These are very convenient as most visitors would be going to see these two major attractions during their stay. We had 4 family members stay in the deluxe tent and 4 in the eco cabins. We were very far apart in the Eco Retreat grounds. We booked more than six months early and asked to stay as close together as possible but nothing could be done. Thank you for your accommodation options in this very special place.

Enjoyed my stay at Eco but having half the park closed for roadworks was disappointing, especially when this is their open season. Luckily the 3 Gorges I looked at made up for it, Breath taking scenery & swimming was very refreshing. Hopefully if I make it over this way again, I can experience all the sites.
