Unfortunately, we were unable to arrive due to a defect in the motorhome. An attempt to cancel failed due to the hotel's unwillingness. They had no charge for linen change, bed linen change, room cleaning, no breakfast and yet they charged us the full amount. Attention: They are just thieves, but not serious hotel owners!!!
