The Leonardo Hotel in Karlsruhe offers good value for the price. We were a bit disappointed upon arrival to find that despite booking a double bed, we were given two single beds instead. We were told by staff that a double bed was only a "wish" and not a guarantee. We couldn't easily push the beds together because of the fixed console in the middle. On the bright side, the location is quite convenient, just three tram stops from the city center, and the breakfast was both nice and reasonably priced. A word of caution for future guests: you may have the bad luck of checking in at the same time as a tour bus, leading to a lot of noise and screaming from teenagers in the hallways in the evenings and LONG checkin times. Overall, a decent and affordable option, but be prepared for potential noise and bed-related surprises.

Das Hotel war gut bis sehr gut. Die Zimmer Sauberkeit war 8/10, aber sehr schön ausgestattet. Die Lage war sehr gut, vieles fußläufig erreichbar und in der Nähe Öffis ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein Minuspunkt waren die Parkplätze, zwar wird gesagt dass es freie Parkplätze gibt, jedoch als ich da war, waren alle Parkplätze voll und der Service meinte zu mir, dass ich das nebenstehende kostenpflichtige Parkhaus nutzen kann. Der Service erschien mir in der Situation nicht unbedingt sehr freundlich und unbekümmert, weshalb hier eine 3 als Bewertung.

Wir haben dieses Hotel auf der Durchreise ausgesucht weil es so gute Bewertungen hatte!!!! Angeblich mit tollen neuen Zimmern usw. Im Zimmer angekommen war es eine Katastrophe!!!Alles Uhralt!Die Toiletten voller Kalk und noch nicht mal ein Stöpsel im Waschbecken!Wir haben schweren Herzens die Nacht dort verbringen müssen!Unsere Klimaanlage im 7 Stock gab nur warme luft von sich!Einmal und nie wieder!Fühlen uns sehr betrogen zu dem was wir im Internet gesehen haben!Das einzige positive ist die Lage!
