The hotel was awesome with great service Rooms were also clean and we'll maintained with direct view of the lake Only thing that can be improved was water pressure on third floor bathrooms Otherwise highly recommended if in Saputara

Hotel avec tout le confort moderne nécessaire, literie exceptionnelle, sale de bain féérique, vue panoramique sur le lac, piscine superbe .... A la reception, aucune personne ne parle anglais, ce qui m'a quelque peu dérouté. Le Général Manager, très sympathique et joint au telephone m'explique que la clientèle dans ce "hill Resort" est à 95% indienne et que le gouvernement local lui impose de n'embaucher que des locaux...qui sont par ailleurs fort sympathiques et impliqués mais la communication reste difficile. Le restaurant ici encore est exclusivement végétarien pour raisons religieuses qu'un élu local impose. Le manager me propose très gentiment de me conduire en périphérie de la ville en moto pour avoir plus de choix...Ce que j ai fait, mais la qualité du poulet était médiocre. Cette "ville" est très atypique, pas de maisons particulières, seulement des boutiques, restaurants locaux, hotels de luxe ....A part d'être à 1000 mètres d'altitude pour fuir la chaleur de la plaine ou aimer le parapente, je ne vois pas trop l'interêt de séjourner ici.

I stayed here for a day with family and I can say the property is awesome. We stayed in a deluxe room with a lake view. However, the room seemed costlier than other properties available nearby. Their restaurant staff were untrained/trainees and made lot of mistakes while taking orders, we ***** with others were also complaining about the same and they could not manage half tables of their capacity. However, the food was delicious and we enjoyed it.

Best hotel in saputara is akar lord and best manager is Mr. Pratap Rathod in saputara. He will give complete information and manage all things for travelling. I am giving 5 star for pratap rathod and akar resort for giving best holidays and best stay. I am visited my 7th trip and all stay are manager by mr. Pratap rathod , mr shankar and general manager mr rahul and akar hotel.

Good hotel and excellent stay lake views room and night time good views in room location food was good and house keeping staff was cleane very operative food was good amazing. Near by lake view room near market .our experience is good.we will come back again house keeping is good clean rooms

Food, staff politeness , house keeping, Cleaners. The guests will be enjoying play area, beautiful- beautiful Garden, Swim pool, Reading area, and location availed from the galleries of rooms. It's a great property with stunning views from all the level best views of akar lords inn saputra infinity. Food was delicious and pure veg food near by lake views also good amenities in the hotel neat and clean area also parking facilities and front desk. Front office manager Pratap Rathod and karti friendly everything was good excellent hotels.professional staff

1. I booked (so called) elite room for better experience (which was priced ar ₹10000 per night) but room condition was not even up to the standard of basic. Pls see the pictures below. 2. It was totally not worth the price. It was old, dirty, and sad. I booked Taj in the same rate and hospitality and service was beyond comparable. 3. Hotel denied check in initially despite all available documents and booking details and I had to wait and make calls to get myself checked in. 4. Parking was quite away and outside hotel campus and there was no valet available. Total inconvenience. Also, at parking security asked unnecessary changes. 5. When reached in the room it was pathetic in condition, pls see the pictures. Also, there was periodic disturbing sound from room phone (as if short quick ring) which was very annoying and disturbing. 6. Asked if they have better room and after taking 20 mins they showed a suit which is equivalent just an additional room with sofa, which was of no use to me. Moreover, it wasn’t an upgrade offered but upgrade at addition cost of ₹4000. 7. I checked out immediately and had to drive 2.5 hours at night with family and had to check in 80km away in another hotel
