Comfortable stay..ice place to stay” This hotel is a great place to stay with friendly staff. They allowed me a early check-in as I had a early checkout too. House keeping was also prompt when called. Breakfast was quite tasty especially the live counters. Only on the day of checkout the Breakfast was late and not ready. Since my son wanted chocos but they didn't have it that day they arranged for waffles for him. So that was a big plus. The restaurant a la carte for dining is a let down. After 30 minutes of my order they tell me soup (for my son) is not possible. Also commenting that who has soup in summers. The aloo paratha was a Nan actually with aloo filing and made on a tandoori which was again a disappointment. They need to buck up in the AL LA carte.

I am Mr. Kiran Shanbhag, from Panjm, Goa, had Visited the Hotel and the Hospitality provided by the hotel is Worth, nice rooms , good hygien , food quality and good Reception , The Service given by the Reception and Attendants was exceptionally good. I Suggest you to visit Eden if you visit Karwar. The service and help by Mr. Mayur was admirable, nice and polite. Overall Good Service in the industry. I give ful marks ..

New hotel with fairly spacious AC rooms , good lighting , fairly well provided with amenities. Very good restaurant with a decent choice of Indian, Chinese and Continental food. Very friendly staff and a good covered parking. The hotel is well located in the city with easy access to the centre of the city and the national highway

The Hotel is okish!! Though the staff is cooperative and cordial the overall maintenance seems lacking. I stayed in first week of sept for 3 days first in 4th floor then shifted to 2nd floor due to very frequent power cuts in the room ( or the floor not sure). The staff quickly responded to my concern and changed the room. The food I felt was a big let down. Morning breakfast had very less options that too only South Indian breakfast was available. The masala dosa which is to be served fresh ( live counter) was delayed inspite of requesting ***y times on day 1 which delayed my official work that day so I decided not to order that next. But nothing else seemed nice in the breakfast buffe!! On all days as there a few table full guests for breakfast all services were delayed by 15 minutes or do!! The À la carte room service at dinner was nothing great and pricy too. The Veg Frankie was pathetic!! Pizza was bad, the panner tikka had uncooked vegetables in the skewers but soup was ok. The good points are a very good location, spacious rooms, prompt room service and cordial helpful staff.

Horrible horrible housekeeping, we checked in after 11 pm, the room which was first allocated to us had layers and layers of dust on all the furniture for which they took pics also, hence they allocated us another room, which had the worst housekeeping we had ever seen. We saw a glimpse of it initially and understood that this might be the best that they could offer after changing the room. Hence, there was no point in asking to change the room again. When we were about to settle, we saw the earrings back stopper of the last customer who have stayed, their food droppings on the floor, hairs on the floor, bed and washroom tank which again had a layer of dust ***** with the hair, side table drawers had hair inside them, the strings of the tags of new clothes were there. Cobwebs on the window slabs, the refreshments were cut open and were left in that state in the refreshment tray, and the wrapper of the refreshment sachet was lying under the washroom sink, the hot water kettle was so dusty that it was completely unusable. The next day in the morning since there were some guests in the reception area, we privately called the general ***ager, Mr. Pal to our room, because we thought to avoid pointing out all this in front of the guests coz we thought there would be a resolution later. We showed this each and every detail to Mr. Pal personally so that he could look upon it but to our most horrifying and shocking surprise, whenever he met us immediately after this incident, he did not utter even a single word whether he was apologetic about the inconvenience caused to us, the horrifying housekeeping which he also witnessed and did not even did a courtesy follow-up with us. Even on the next day in the early morning hours when we checked out, he was also present at the restaurant for having his breakfast and met us face to face twice or thrice and still did not talk to us about the inconvenience that we faced or any follow-up regarding our conversation, forget about the apology as being in the hospitality business. The only silver lining and relief was the poles apart attitude and polite behavior of all the other staff present during that time (both during day and night shifts), be it at the reception area or at the restaurant. All were very hard-working and helpful at the same time with genuine smiles and concerns. Special mention to Mr. Melvin for his friendly behavior and guidance about the places to go nearby.

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in during my travelling around India - and I’m travelling on a budget. The hotel is new so everything is in great condition. It is like a 5* hotel but at such a great price! Also the staff are AMAZING!!! I arrived late and was hungry and after a bad day wanted a beer. The bar wasn’t open yet so one of the staff went out to get me a beer and even though the kitchen was closed they made a great sandwich with French fries. The restaurant is also great for full meals - lovely tandoori paneer! Thank you all!
