Because of my unexpected schedule, there is no way to check in. The cost of these three days was almost 500 Euros. I paid the full amount directly at the beginning, but later found out that it was non-refundable. So I went to discuss with the hotel three days in advance, but the hotel refused to contact me during the whole process. Finally, I found a local Turkish person to help me and call them, and they answered the phone and gave me a solution (check in on another date) but Couldn't get in touch later. It was my fault for not checking in temporarily, but the fact that the hotel could not be contacted at all drove me crazy. I contacted them all through WhatsApp, booking, and email, but it took two full days for someone to reply me, and after giving me a solution, I Can't get in touch with them again. So I give up. All the people I meet at Turkey is really nice and help me a lot, but this place really make me disappointed. The attitude is most important for hotel customer service, but you don’t have it.
