喬貝海天酒店(Chobe Marina Lodge)

The room (luxury suite with a King)was very clean and felt like home! Everything worked in my room . The lighting in the living area could be added to make it brighter to see well by the tea/coffee station. I enjoyed my room and I will definitely come back!

I just love the location and infrastructure and internal lay out of the place and the land scaping. The Chobe River itself just crowns it all with the monkeys also doing their best to "scare" us. The sound of birds and hippos and boats moving up and down. The setting of the sun is something soothing to the body, mind and soul for someone on a "retreat" kind of atmosphere. The food is excellent especially the buffet I miss my bream straight from the Chobe River. The easiness of arranging for a game drive is also something one can really have a piece of mind.

Lugar idílico, instalaciones preciosas. Personal TERRIBLE. Recepción y departamento de activides desastroso, faltas de respeto, mentirosos. Tenia todas nuestras actividades y transfers desde Zimbabue reservados con mas de un mes de antelación, desde agosto y nuestro viaje fue en octubre. Llegado el día, no tenían organizado nuestro transfer de Zimbabue a Bostbuana, fue terrible vernos sin opciones en otro país y sin respuestas. Tuvimos que buscar una opción que obviamente nos costo mas dinero. Pues esto no fue todo, porque al final estas de vacaciones y quieres disfrutar y al llegar al lodge no hicimos hincapié en lo ocurrido. Lo dejamos pasar... Pero es que el día que nos íbamos, al hacer el check out nos habían añadido los transfers!! y lo peor es que la maleducada de recepción y su responsable diciendo que si que habíamos hecho el transfer con ellos!! increíble quería llamar a la policia... en fin nosotros indignados después de decir que por supuesto no íbamos a pagar NADA y mostrar las pruebas pertinentes, conseguimos que lo quitaran de la factura. Ah y creéis que se disculparon en algún momento?? NUNCA. UNA VERGUENZA

What more can one say, I had the best time of my life. The best rooms ever, they are immaculate and spacious. The staff is super friendly and they are always willing to help at all time. The location of this property is exceptional. It is located in the center of town and it is close to bureau de change, shops and others. The river bank gives sounds of hippos, frogs and other animals, the beautiful sunset is to die for.

Che dire di questa esperienza? E' stata semplicemente magnifica! il lodge si trova in riva al fiume Chobe e immerso nella vegetazione: sembra di vivere nella jungla! I tramonti poi ... Le stanze sono comodissime, la cucina ottima e tutto il personale super accogliente. Le escursioni sul fiume e via terra sono state molto belle, il parco è veramente pieno di animali. Insomma, se potessi darei 6 stelle!

Questo Lodge in riva al fiume Zambesi e una struttura pulita con molta cordialità e puntualità.Il cibo è buono,ma non eccelso,per provare si può avere spezzatino di zebra e di impala.Molto buone le escursioni proposte con guide preparate.

Falta mantenimiento. La tv no funcionaba, la bañera, la ducha tenía moho, los cristales sucios y de las almohadas ni hablamos. Personal antipático y sin ganas de ayudar. Necesita mantenimiento y una reforma urgente. Hay opciones mucho mejores.

Our day trip to Chobe Marina was unplanned, but the place made our stay so awesome and memorable. Seeing cruise boats in and out of the Chobe River and the National Park. The environment is very natural and so relaxing. We are definitely going back... now with our kids :)
