Good stopover with rooftop bar with very good variety of drinks and delicious food . Hangover rooftop bar is wonderful to enjoy

I had a pathetic experience at this hotel. Due to the negligence of the staff, some of my valuable items were lost, and there was no proper accountability or support provided. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially when it comes to guests' belongings. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you value your peace of mind and personal safety.

Worst Service by restaurant manager Jai I stayed in this hotel with my family and we were having dinner on terrace. They provide battery lamps for the table which were not provided to us because they have very limited of them. I took it from the other table after they left the table. Service manager Jai came to our table and asked us for the lamp as they were closing the kitchen and need to keep it back. They went into an argument just for a lamp. I mean how can they ask for the lamp when a family is having dinner and there are mosquitoes and they do not have other lights over there. I complained the reception next morning and all i got in response that you can give us a review if you want. Pathetic! I will never ever visit this place again and would recommend others to avoid it for your own sake.

The room was amazing. The view was meh. I am rating it 3 because of the following- At this price, at least for the suites, breakfast should be allowed. The shower shampoo and gel apparatus wasn’t working. There was no hot water. The mini bar wasn’t stocked.

The front desk team were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early. I stayed in the dorm it was clean and cheap. The service was exceptional as well. The Hangout Rooftop Restaurant and Bar has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and interior, nice view of Dhauladhar ranges. Good House music and Thu DJ most happening places around Kasauli. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

One of the best stays in Kasauli. The staff was polite , service was prompt. I would recommend this place. The place was in demand and would recommend book well in advance. Their roof top cafe was a cherry on top. The view of Kasauli from there is just phenominal

We booked a family suite with balcony. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and came with a good size balcony. The room was spacious, clean and had good amenities. The hotel is small with just one building. The reception area is not that impressive but staff is courteous. The famous Hangout rooftop bar has a nice ambience, though we found it too be a bit cramped. The outdoor area of the bar has an awesome view. The Hangout bar serves a buffet dinner around 8.30pm (not everyday though - Sunday night we were told no buffet is available). We are in the habit of having early dinner hence we ordered from the a la carte menu for members of our family who were hungry and rest of us waited for the buffet to be set up. Food was good in both - the buffet and the a la carte menu. Our room rate came without breakfast so we did not have breakfast there and hence cannot comment about it. There is not much available outside the hotel - just 1-2 small dhabas or a small stall selling maggie and such stuff. We did not try them as we could hardly see any customers there. Instead, we went to the Mall road/Heritage market side and tried a variety of different dishes from different stalls there. The hotel is located about 2kms from the main Mall Road/Heritage Market area. It's on a somewhat steep and narrow slope so sometimes the approach can get blocked due to vehicle coming from the opposite side. They also have extremely limited parking space due to not enough space around the hotel area. Also, do note, if you are arriving by hiring a car with driver, there is no dorm/accommodation provided for the driver. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

Kasauli Regency is an awesome place to stay whether you are with friends or with family. We went there with family and had a great stay. Place is near to mall road just 2 kms. Location and food is by far the best that we had. Room service was good with timely delivery of things ordered. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. A must place to stay if you are visiting kasauli. Thank you team kasauli regency for a nice and comfortable stay.

This was my 2nd time here and was happy with everything. From checking in to checking out, everything was smoothly done. Hangout(the rooftop) was as always amazing, thanks to the view. My only suggestion to the hangout staff would be to check the plates before serving, for any dirt(though it didn’t put a negative spin to our stay, still will not be welcomed by many). But the overall experience was fun.

I visited with my family in June 2022. Rooms & Washrooms were Clean & Hygienic. Hospitality was up to mark. Value for money deal. Balcony with swing give great feel. We enjoyed a lot there. Staff was cooperative & intelligent.

Really bad experience of staying at Kasauli Regency hotel. Apparently there's an STP nearby...so when you open the window, the stench flows in... making it unbearable. Also, the blankets are so dirty...not washed. Going by all the positive reviews makes one wonder if it's worth trusting any of them these days!!
