Ce séjour en famille dans cet hôtel de luxe nous aura permis de profiter pleinement des nombreux avantages : - accès direct à la plage avec banc de sable à proximité immédiate et possibilité de faire du snorkeling - prestations de qualité avec nettoyage de villa 2 fois par jour - possibilité de manger dans les restaurants où à la villa, les mets sont délicieux et le personnel a su s'adapter aux caprices de nos enfants... - il est également possible de se rafraîchir à l'aide des climatiseurs ou des multiples piscines et même du jacuzzi. Aucune fossé note sur la propreté et l'état des installations. Je tiens également à souligner la disponibilité constante de l'ensemble du personnel à tous les niveaux hiérarchiques. Une mention spéciale pour la demande de.celebrations qui nous aura permis de profiter d'un moment hors du temps grâce à l'aide des équipes. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et son personnel !!

Quite simply, a superb experience in a stunning setting, the epitome of a luxury stay in your own paradise. Perfect attention to high quality detail, charming and efficient staff, excellent cuisine brought to your villa or private pool (floating breakfast), your own pool, jacuzzi, beach access, beautifully landscaped and maintained gardens and views of a multi-hued ocean to die happily for! More than recommended - the only down side was..... leaving. P.s. the 6 km access road is unfortunately still a bumpy track, but the oasis at the end of it makes it worthwhile.

When it comes to a review, you cannot NOT give SafiraBlu 5 stars, the place is simply perfect. Saying that, you definitely have to be in the mindset that this is Africa and therefore please dont expect it to be as polished as a luxury resort in the Maldives or the Middle East. The journey from the airport for example and little nuances like the electricity flickering make you realise that you're in a part of the world where you really can't take anything for granted, and it makes it all the more special when you see how far people go to make your stay special. I say this simply because some I would hate someone with the wrong attitude to come here and not enjoy it! Just like all the other reviews, I cannot praise the staff enough. Special mentions to all the usual suspects, Harry, Lucas, Malay and the simply awesome chef Keith. These guys run a tight ship and cannot do enough to help you. I emplore you to engage with them as they will make your holiday truly unforgettable. Keith's menu is incredible and we did not touch any processed food for the 8 days we were there. EVERYTHING is fresh, lots of it from within the resort and the seas around it, but saying that, once Keith becomes your new best mate, he goes totally off piste and serves you whatever you want, whenever you want it! Simply incredible. Harry and the front of house team looked after us arranging sunset cruises and Bush Dining that were unforgettable and totally appreciated by the pair of us. They create a Whatsapp group for each villa and they literally reply in seconds to any request you ask them, breeding a familiarity and relationship that I have never seen before at a hotel, it's ingenious. The Masai guys that patrol the resort add a certain uniqueness to the whole experience and whilst their English is limited, they love to show you things and love to engage with you. We will be back and look forward to another idillic stay.

The hotel is amazing, located in a quiet, beautiful area allows you to really relax and unwind from a crazy, stressful life. Spectacular colors of the ocean, garden, exquisite cuisine are the images we took with us. Spacious, large, comfortable villa with its own beach, swimming pool, jacuzzi, fireplace by the ocean gave us intimacy and wonderful rest. Every day, our bar was refilled free of charge and the villa was cleaned twice a day. The staff of the facility was extremely nice and helpful. We wanted to thank you very much for the wonderful, festive time spent together with you, Christmas Eve on the beach will remain in our memory forever. Huge thanks to all the staff, starting from the manager through the cook, restaurant service, cleaning ladies and HAPPY from the SPA. The hotel provided us with transport to and from the airport. Also, the hotel took us on a beautiful boat ride to the sunset as part of our stay, providing us with sandwiches, sweets, drinks, towels and care. We are convinced that we will definitely come back to you, you are the best hotel we have ever been to. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas time, we highly recommend this place.

We have just left this outstanding resort. From the second we arrived we was greeted with cold towels, fresh coconut water and a bouquet of flowers for me and my daughter. The villa was amazing along with the grounds and views. The chef Keith made us the most amazing meals of our choice and even took us on a tour of the island and baked cookies with my little girl. From sending a message on WhatsApp within minutes what ever you needed arrived at our door. I’ve been to some amazing places and hotels in the world and I have hands down never experienced service food and hospitality like this. Second to non and we will most definitely be back. Juste incroyable ! Sincèrement, jamais nous n'avions connu une telle qualité de service, de la part de l'ensemble du personnel autant que par les équipements et services fournis. Nous avons loué Boardwalk pendant 4 nuits. Villa magnifique, vue incroyable. La restauration est excellent et le chef Keith est extrêmement sympathique et attentionné. La seule remarque moins positive, liée à la nature même de Zanzibar, c'est qu'il n'est pas possible de se baigner à marée basse et que même à marée haute il est prudent à certains endroits de mettre les chaussures adaptées que vous propose, bien entendu, SafiraBlu. Vous pouvez y aller, les yeux fermés !!
