The hotel was awesome. They had a dog bed set up in the room with a water and food dish, plus a doggie bag with food and treats from Terra Canis. Our dog loved it and she is a very picky eater. We thought this was very nice for the hotel to do. Made us feel at home. The view was awesome, We were on the 11th floor and you could look out over the city. At night with the lights was also pretty cool. The food was awesome, We ate dinner in the hotel and food was So Good, I would recommend it if you stay here. Breakfast had bacon and eggs and meats, cheeses, rolls and so much more. The service was also great. We also thought the location was great because they had a nice park right next to the hotel to walk with the dog. We also got lucky with free street parking right in front of the hotel.

酒店設施非常好，提供免費停車場，還提供免費公交卡，驚喜了。谷歌地圖搜不出公交路線，前台很仔細地給我講公交路線，還耐心地幫我寫下來，非常贊啊！酒店Wi-Fi免費，信號好。很滿意的一次入住！

我們喜歡在這家酒店住宿,它位於方便的靠近威廉舍赫站(長途火車的主要到達點)。請注意,酒店離使用電梯進入的車站平台的二級出口比通過主站樓進入的斜坡要近得多。我們認爲酒店和早餐令人滿意,工作人員很愉快,樂於助人。由於繁忙的時間,我們不得不等待一段時間的電梯(電梯),但這可能是因爲兩個電梯中的一個正在更換。

很友好接待,馬上感覺好了。房間很乾淨,切,不住。早餐很大,很美味。這裏的工作人員也非常注意,立即滿了,沒有客人提示,全部都滿了。我們回來了。謝謝!

Mein Zimmer (230) hat die besten Jahre schon hinter sich, die Klimaanlage/Heizung brummt wie ein Hubschrauber. Das Duschwasser schwankte zwischen lauwarm-kalt und heiß. Aber das schlimmste war, als ich die Bettdecke zurückschlug, war das Laken verschmutzt und es befanden sich Haare darauf -wurde dann neu bezogen. Ebenso waren Haare und Urinflecken auf dem Toilettenrand. Die Sauberkeit der Dusche ist auch verbesserungsbedürftig. Einen Snack-Automaten, wie auf einer Karte im Zimmer aufgeführt, gibt es nicht -auch an der Rezeption war außer Schokoriegel und Weingummi nichts zu bekommen. Das Frühstück ist absolut nichts Besonderes. Bei einem 4****-Hotel habe ich wirklich etwas anderes erwartet. Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und bemühte Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum.

這是我第一次住自助酒店。體驗非常好。房間很乾凈，有廚房，餐具齊全且收拾得很乾凈，擺放在灶台下方的櫥門抽屜裏。油鹽都有。碗碟在上方的櫥櫃裏，夠三個人使用。洗碗的海綿和洗滌劑在水池邊上。有微波爐，有冰箱。我們買了蔬菜水果雞蛋就放冰箱，夠吃好多天，不用每天採購，也省了外出就餐的錢。衞生間很明亮乾淨，德國本來就乾爽，衞生間的毛巾浴巾晾在那兒，晚上回來就幹了。酒店位於市中心，門口交通非常方便，我們就坐公交去威廉高地公園。酒店旁邊就是超市，買些生活用品非常方便。這種酒店很合適在德國自由行的遊客。

Nice hotel beautifully located on a hill close to the Wilhelmshöhe Palace. The hotel has several wings where are the hotel rooms. From the hotel there’s a wonderful view over Kassel. The restaurant offers a good selection of foods, and has a extensive lunch buffet. In front of the hotel is a spacious terrace area where they serve foods and drinks. The hotel has its own Biergarten. The spa area is very nice and has a small pool, sauna and steam bath.

Positiv ist, dass ich doch recht gut geschlafen habe obwohl ich das Zimmer eher als unangenehm empfand. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Mich hat ein starker Plastikgeruch im Zimmer empfangen der wohl von den Blickdichten Plastikvorhängen kam. Es war zum Glück warm genug und nicht zu warm um das Fenster offen zu lassen. Das Bad war sehr großzügig, was bei den Dachschrägen aber sein musste. Im Flur an der Wand die zur Dusche angrenzt wellt sich die Tapete und löst sich schon teilweise. Die Bewertung bei den Kollegen war gemischt, ggf. gibt es hier auch angenehmere Zimmer. Meines war es nicht und ich werde nicht nochmal kommen.

We dont have anything negative to say about the hotel. Everything was working very well. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. Service in the reception is good and all of the facilities are working as they should. Absolutely no issues on that part and considering the price, then it is an absolute bargain. We also visited the restaurant at the hotel and that was on the other hand a disaster. It was quite booked on the day we visited, because of some corporate event. This resulted in the waitress being a bit stressed, but it was still handled very badly. We waited half an hour to get the menu. After that we was informed that some of the courses couldnt be served, because they were out of different things, but we got an option to order one burger, which was not served on the homemade bread that normally was served, but on some cheap bun from the supermarket. Considering Covid-19 we also observed that menu's were just delivered from one occapied table to another - without any cleaning - and after we had observed that one guest had been licking their fingers between every side swap in the menu. Disgusting and in the current covid situation absolutely not acceptable. In total. 5 star for the hotel. 1 star for the restaurant. Would happily go back to visit hotel, but the restaurant visit was not acceptable.

We were extremely surprised by how the hotel and room were comfortable . The receptionist welcomed us at 1:00 am with a big smile . The rooms were spacious , two queen beds and a cot, all what we needed as a family. The beds were comfortable and everything was immaculately clean . The bathroom again very clean . The best part was the breakfast . A wide variety of cheese , cereal and amazing pancakes. Everything in breakfast was well presented and again very clean . The waitress during the breakfast was just lovely and very reassuring since we were overwhelmed by our kids making a big mess . I give this hotel a 5 as it has all what we needed and more than we expected. As my oldest son said “ This hotel is amazing” . Parking is for a fee if 8 euros which is acceptable . Maybe during off seasons it could be for free unless it’s owned by a private company then it’s understandable. We will come again 100%
