It’s a horrible experience, the owner used very bad words. Electricity went often. Employees are unprofessional and very rude. There’s one lady is terrible and one person came and saying that he is owner, he is totally unprofessional and don’t know what is hospitality business. In short don’t stay in this hotel.

We spent at this hotel for three nights during our Nepal Tour in October 22 - 24 of this year. We just loved this hotel. Excellent location... Exactly in the Heart of the city. Rooms are very good and spacious too. Washrooms are very neat and well maintained. The behavior of the staff members are very good. Foods are delicious... Cook is very good... Only one thing, they need to develop is Parking lot for private cars.

Hotel is located in busy thamel shopping street area, one can find restaurant, pub, handicraft shops at walking distance. Hotel also provides free breakfast, freshly cooked by chef, airport transfer one side is free, & paid taxi service is also available for sight seeing.

So I went to this place as on the pictures everything looked fine. On my arrival to the airport they where supposed to pick me up, but they didn’t. I paid for a taxi which came out expensive as they ripped me of as tourist. On arrival to the hotel was a big deception, the room was extremely cold and the bathroom shower was extremely nasty. It seems they haven’t cleaned the shower head in many years. I end up leaving the hotel no sleeping a single night, I paid them one night but even then they tried ripping me off by charging 18% for a 11 day acomodación agent I only stayed a few hours.
