帕舒帕蒂精品酒店及 SPA(Pashupati Boutique Hotel & Spa)

酒店位於住宅區內。我還沒有預訂酒店，我只是直接參觀了酒店，它非常乾淨和好。我通過閱讀評論去了酒店，根據評論，我只找到了酒店設施服務與 januka 小姐的評論一樣，樂於助人 n 好。價格合理。酒店非常靠近帕斯帕提那神廟。食物很美味。

這家酒店很好。服務很好，工作人員 Amit 先生和 January 很好。女服務員 ranju 和 Rohan 每個員工都很樂於助人。位置也很好。在帕斯帕蒂神廟附近。一切都很好。我們喜歡再來。

She is so cooperative to give solution. Overall good for all the things. Only difficulty to reach as inside. Great experiance.its very near to pashupatinath temples. And very close to the airport.food the staff excellent .their behaviour.

We booked the property as we were satisfied by the photos and description added on MMT. The first and broader look on the internet gives satisfactory feelings, but your suffering starts even before you reach the property: it is situated in the middle of a dense housing colony, where you can only reach after passing through two or three narrow lanes. No taxi driver was willing to go there… 1. As we had seen the picture of a triple occupancy family room, with three proper beds, we had booked two rooms for six adults of our family. But, the hotel did not have a proper bed for third occupant in the second room, and arranged mattress on the floor. When enquired, they said that they thought we must be travelling with a child who could be accommodated in a sofa! (Even though we had clearly mentioned in the booking that we are 6-adults). 2. Now starts a series of terrible experience…. We met a team of very rude and arrogant hotel staff! 3. In tea-coffee kit, they didn’t provide milk pouches. When asked, they rudely said, others are drinking black coffee and tea, why can’t you? Imagine the inconvenience and the arrogance! 4. There was seepage in the room which was causing very depressing smell. We anyhow managed without complaining, as we knew they could not do anything regarding this. 5. Let’s come to the food: they would mix stale vegetables in breakfast buffet and repeat the same in the Lunch/ dinner. One example: They mixed previous night‘a paneer leftover pieces in aloo-bhaji of morning breakfast. They would prepare a dish like pakora and call it Bhatura! You are left with no choice! Same story of stale food is experienced in dinner buffet. They don’t give choices and if one asks for, they would pass remarks: “these Indians!” We overheard them passing remark to an old couple when they said that Naan was cold! You have to eat whatever is kept on the service table. 6. Room service erratic: if we ask for tea or water bottle in the room, they would ask us to come and collect it ourselves as they don’t have manpower. 7. Ambiguity in water pricing: we were initially told that water is free. One day, a service boy said that it’s not. When enquired, the reception guy said that it’s free. But, when we got the final bill, huge amount of water bill was added: 75 rupees plus 10% service charge per bottle: (don’t know, which service they charged for)! When argued, they said only one bottle per person per day is free, remaining is chargeable. The tone and remarks of the staff was too bad on this too: when I said, if you behave like this, how can I give you good ratings on MMT? He carelessly said, “You write whatever you feel!” 8. Let’s come to the toiletries now: toothbrush: can’t use even once: good that we carried ours! Toothpaste: the tiny tube could not be squeezed: again good that I accidentally carried ours! Small soaps were kept for hand washing: which was so hard that no foam could be generated even after rubbing for minutes! So, we used sma

One of the best three star hotels I stayed in. Near the airport and fifteen minutes from the world famous pashupati nath temple. Though the location doesn't sound fancy, but the hotel is simply wonderful. Good furnished rooms, with hot and cold water, chappals for bathroom, free water bottles in the room, tv,with cable, and very good room service. Good breakfast in the morning, and homely lunch and dinner in a beautiful restaurant. For tipplers a small bar is also there. Pool for the lovers. On top of it the courteous staff, specially MR CYRUS, the front desk manager, always ready to help you. We had a very very satisfactory experience there. We are both seniors and were looked after very well. Taxi on call is available.

The hotel staff and the food all good .location near pashupatinath temple I have booked the hotel of the review and it helps me a lot .the hotel is very thank ful yo January she is running the hotel very nicely .I recommend this hotel to everyone. I found the hotel very good and the team of januka is very excellent mr abhishek and the service boy . There is swimming pool .the hotel staff januka helped me with the ticketi and all. Only drawback is the location it is quite inside the residential area.

the hotel pashupati boutique hotel is very good.the food was delicious the breakfast lunch everything is finger liking.Mr.bishnu pandey is very helpful.he manages the tour and very humble.whatever he promises he is upto mark.we love Mr pandey hospitality.He is very Nice.location is very near to pashupatinath temple.the staff ,service boys all are very helpful.

The hotel is situated in peace area .we are very happy to stay here .great hospitality of every staff specially miss januka she has made our stay comfortable and safe .she is very helpful and smiling face .Her service is very awesome .we kindly request everyone to visit this hotel and enjoy the quality time
