ロケーションが👍 チェトラパティやアサンチョークへ行くのにも便利。室内は静かでした。

Buon hotel a Thamel: noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna, su consiglio dell'Asian Buddhist Tour, di vederci assegnata una stanza molto silenziosa (il quartiere è caotico). Personale molto gentile, ci hanno preparato la colazione (che non è prevista a buffet) anche alle 5 di mattina, visto che avevamo l'aereo molto presto. Letto molto comodo, stanza bella e accogliente, acqua calda e ascensore presente. Taxi sotto l'hotel per muoversi, ma consigliamo di usare l'app Pathao.

We had a cold shower when we arrived and when we enquired were told hot showers depended on how many people were in the hotel. The next night we had cold water again, with the next 2 nights after we had lukewarm showers. This wasn’t so bad for us as it was summer but wouldn’t be ideal in winter. Our room smelt like cigarettes and there was mould everywhere in the room and shower (which had no shower screen so when you showered the whole bathroom got wet). The linen, while clean, had holes and stains on/in the sheets and pillows. We also had a lot of bugs (ants in our beds everyday as well as the odd cockroach) but acknowledge we came at the end of rainy season and sometimes in humid places bugs are hard to control. We felt safe though and the room had air conditioning and bottled water was provided daily. Breakfast was simple (toast, fruit, eggs) but filling. The coffee and masala tea was delicious and all the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Good location-we could walk everywhere we wanted to go with great restaurants and cafes near by. We stayed as part of a Travel Talk tour group, and probably would’ve stayed elsewhere if choosing our own hotel. Wasn’t a bad stay just not what we were expecting from a ‘3 star’ hotel.

It was a great experience to say with, in family environment. It was always home coming feeling. See you again. Typical cousin with best food experience with nice house keeping. Downtown location with a bar. Lovey place to live in.

The hotel is very clean and the customer service is amazing! I was able to check in after mid-night without a hassle. Hot shower after a long day and was able to order food at the restaurant below! It was definitely a bang for a buck deal ! Five Stars!!

We stayed at Truly Asia Boutique hotel for 2 nights and the hotel was at a great location. The staffs were very attentive, the beds and sheets were clean, and the food was amazing at the restaurant below. I would definitely love to come back when I am in Kathmandu.

いつもお世話になっているホテルです。既に10回以上宿泊しました。今回は私が体調を崩したので、ホテルのオーナーやスタッフの皆様にはいろいろとご迷惑をお掛けしましたが、何から何まで優しく対応していただき感謝です。特に、メニューにないマッシュルームのスープは調子の悪かった私にとっては非常に食べやすく、体が温まり、大変助かりました。また、9月に訪問を予定しているので、その際にはお世話になりたいと思います。

I like their customer service, when i checked female receptionist was friendly and helpful. Liked the room too, room size is perfect for single person even for 2 person. It very reasonable and clean. I took shower at late night in this cold weather still i got hot water which impressed me a lot. Staffs are friendly and serve you with beautiful smile. Surely visit again. I asked for wake a call but didn't get any and when i asked the reception guy he said he was busy with a group. Please treat group and single guest equally. Again i asked for my luggages from my room as i was leaving for airport but he was delaying and i didn't asked this time but he said he was busy with something else. It's very small thing but hearing that doesn't sound good. May be you can hire one more staffs for small things.

Prima hotel. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Het is schoon en de lokatie is ideaal. Erg behulpzaam personeel. Je kan worden opgehaald van het vliegveld . Kortom aanrader. De eigenaar is ook erg behulpzaam. Ik heb veel toeristische locaties bezocht met chauffeur en auto van het hotel. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Kortom ik kom hier terug.
