Everything is good, however, prices are higher, so "value for money" is not good.

Visited this property for nearly 8-10 times in a span of two years. Noticeable changes over time, starting with Pros. 1) The Reception Area is fully air-conditioned, earlier the cooling was not at all good 2) A new all-veg restaurant is seen The Cons took me by surprise, as it started from booking itself 1) I had booked 7 days in advance, for 1 night, Standard room for Single Occupancy on Hotel website. But within a day, my plan changed, so wanted an upgrade to Premium King Size Bed with double occupancy, so emailed to hotel, but no response. So called the hotel. Hotel reception staff confidently said, no Premium king sized room available. I told that on website it was showing '2 rooms available', but the lady staff said its not. However, I booked online on Hotel website and cancelled my Standard Room. On visiting Hotel, I was given Premium King Size bed room (Room No.3203). 2) The Housekeeping phone was not working. 3) The Refill of Body Wash was not done and it was empty. On informing the Reception staff, it was unattended for near 3 hours, till again I reminded. 4) After finishing, IN-Room Dining, I called up for 'Clearance'. I was told to keep the utensils outside the room in the alley. This forced me to drop Rating to AVERAGE. Rest everything has been to the mark. But overall stay is Comfortable and is still one the the best properties around at the price tag.

This is a reasonably good hotel quite close to the SRM Institute of Science and Technology and the SRM Medical College. The staff are efficient and the rooms are spacious (Room 2204 for me). The room I was assigned to was clean and had a comfortable bed, a desk for work, sofas, a flatscreen TV, and a minifridge. The room had a big window but the outside view was hardly special. The wifi is robust and there are enough charging points for the accessories. The toiletries were average and the room maintenance requires further monitoring. I had a two-night stay – the body-wash liquid in the container at the shower had run out and I had hoped on the first night it was a minor oversight, but it was not replaced even the next day. The spacious lobby has a good selection of newspapers. The breakfast layout was good and had South Indian, North Indian and an egg-and-dosa counter. The restaurant serves only buffet dinners at night. The one thing which did bother me a bit was that it was not possible to switch off all the lights at bedtime. After trying out the usual alternatives I had no option but to call the reception who promptly sent a person. He took some time to find the solution – the switches could be approached only after one of the side tables was moved away and the two twin beds pushed to one side – never have I seen a hotel with the electrical switches truly hidden!

Yusuf was a star. He ensured our room was always clean even when I told him not to , he wanted to My daily supplies were replenished with the question “anything else mam” He aided in making the hotel our home for 3 long months Being away from home he made sure we became family . Thanks Yusuf !!! .

An expansive property with swimming pool, halls, buffet square and gym. Room was spacious. Tea coffee maker and amenities provided. Close to Vandalur zoo. The AC was making some noise but otherwise it was good. The buffet spread was excellent. Courteous service.

Quality of the food was too good..menu choices also were unique and good service provided by the Ms.Priya and Mr.Rajesh.. Overall satisfied and had very good time with friends. Dessert was the highlight of the meal – we ordered the [specific dessert], and it was a perfect ending to a fantastic dining experience. Overall, dining was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone those just looking for a great meal in the area. The combination of excellent food, top-notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere made it a memorable experience. Kudos to the Team

The food was amazing but the presentation of the food was even more appealing. Muthubalan was focused on giving a great experience. Mini samosas, served with chips and salad made a fantastic snack in the evening Ambiance is fantastic as also the entire ecosystem. It has just got better with time.

Excellent everything.. from comfort to staffs .. each and everything.. food is awesome rooms are very very comfortable all facilities one will get while staying here. I had a great experience staying here with my son's shine . Always bright SRM

Vishnupriya took great care of us. She was helping us breakfast, lunch and dinner. She served is at the table. Also helped a ground who left her room card inside her room. Appreciate her help. The food was superb and the menu was extensive. Thank u so much.

The hotel is very close to SRM just 50 meters.direct booking gave us a better room as when we booked by MMT.room was good bathroom spacious with good amenities.food was a bit of disappointment.staff was courteous.overall a good experience

Excellent facility, close to College. Neat and clean rooms. Quality & tasty food, especially south indian dishes, from the creation of Chef Prasad. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and also will consider for my future visits.

I stay in Tuticorin for one night, hotel is comfortable and food taste is excellent. Most important part of this hotel is located in very quite and clean place and transport service is also available in this hotel, Staff is good and very familiar.

Fluffy Pillows. Could be less fluffy. Late Service. Asked Laundry bag thrice. Limited Breakfast Buffer. No Potato in Potato Parantha. Mosquitoes in Room. Please take care of this. Morning Receptionist was not receptive. Rest all Good and OK.
