阿莫拉瀉湖酒店(Amora Lagoon Hotel)

The overall impression of the hotel is good. Clean rooms, delicious food, nice pool which unfortunately was closed. The one thing I should mention about is a ln air conditioner. It blew right on the bad and I wished it was on the other side of the room. Good and responsive stuff by the way. I felt myself very comfort there. Thanks Heruni for helping with WiFi situation

If you want 5 Star then stay here at the amora lagoon Hotel , lovely staff, great rooms and wonderful food. Even when they were busy the service was great and delivered professionally really impressed, thank you. special thanks for the receptionist lahiru for helping me to review about your hotel.

Do not use this hotel as an airport hotel! We used it on the night we arrived. The car never turned up to pick us up which left us scrambling for a tuk tuk at midnight. The staff were so unhelpful or unable to give any assistance. We stayed again the night before we were leaving. This is a wedding venue. A very loud wedding was happening outside and it was so hard to sleep before our flight. The electricity kept going out all night and it was so hot. If you are using it as a regular place to stay, it is an average hotel. Clean, nice shower. No where near anything else.

As airport hotels go this is a gem! Lovely pool area, large rooms and bathrooms. Felt quite like a boutique property. However, what stood out for me was the staff they could not have been nicer and more accommodating, from the manager to the waiters and waitresses. Also food was lovely, a great last night of our holiday!

Worst hotel I’ve stayed, not worth6 of 2star Rooms very bad service terrible food quality horrible I would not recommend this to anyone We had terrible experience with staff and restaurant. As vegetarians we had very little available during dinner. Only on request they attempted to make vegetarian soup very little other options

Good Property! The rooms are nice, staffs are very attentive, helpful and friendly. Food is good though the options are less for vegetarians but the quality is good. Its near to the colombo international airport and very quiet and peaceful ! Thank you guys for a good experience!

Very good service from Sanjeewa in the bar!Hotel in good place , close to airport and all main atractions.hatelis close to airport park witk nice nature and good restaurants and hotels.We enjoyed our stay in this place and certainly recomend ..

Stayed one night HB basis cos I had to attend to a wedding at a near by hotel. No one helped to unload baggage from vehicle. I brought it up to the reception. Same happened at checkout. Front office was not flexible at all including the executive. They insisted payment at check in when I requested to settle bills at checkout. No one bothered about our meals even we are at HB basis . No query from restaurant or kitchen. We had to call restaurant few times to arrange our meals. Wanted a sri lankan breakfast and i querried about options on previous night. The reply was i had to check it in the morning. Finally no choice and had to eat what they offered usual continental breakfast. There are so many staff but no proper service. Had to ask for everything. Lazy security staff and didn't even bothered to remove parking corn and I had to remove it my self when leaving. Good side is Rooms are super clean. AC , hot water works well and a peaceful environment. Selected this hotel based on trip advisor comments. But will avoid it in future.
