The stay was good, but the parking is horrible. Parking was $15 its an awkward layout with parking spots where you have to drive and a steep decline where wee had to park because there are very few spaces. Other than the parking it was clean and the breakfast was good.

Wonderful stay! The gentleman who helped us the night of September 5th was so kind and had super customer service. I felt he really had a passion for making people feel comfortable and wanted them to enjoy their stay. I liked the convenience of the parking lot below and all the other employees we encountered were so fun and friendly. Best Springhill Suites experience I’ve had and I’ve been to others in KC but the customer service here was superior! Thank you all for a very pleasant stay. We will be back.

It was honestly wonderful. The breakfast was great. The room was spacious. The front desk was prompt with help with the trundle bed. Parking was really pretty secure and i recieved the new code change automatically through email.

We were traveling for an emergency surgery at St. Luke’s and did not know what day we would need to leave. They were very accommodating to us and our needs. They also have a very delicious breakfast!

Wow just wow! Came her for an appointment and was pleasantly surprised on how well this place was. Clean efficent comfortable. They are just close enough to be where you need and far enough away to be comfortable. WOW!!
