非常好的酒店。很乾凈。前台代表非常友好和包容。早餐定做。附在購物中心上，有一個美食廣場，可以快速吃東西。距市區市中心不遠，有免費的街車。聯合車站位於馬路對麪，可通過空中步道輕鬆到達。

Very nice and price reasonable. Will definitely stay again when comes to KC again.

We greatly enjoyed the clean and beautiful rooms. This was our second visit and we used two rooms.

Not enough staff and no security presence and no response from chat or calling front desk. We had an issue that was completely ignored. I chatted on the app with the hotel directly while in our room around 1:00 am. Asking them if we were on a smoking floor as I couldn’t sleep because of the smoke smell for the last few hours which was *********. I didn’t get a response from the chat and then about 20 minutes later there was a loud continuous bang on our door. I Immediately called the front desk no answer so I chatted once again to see if they said something to a neighboring room and explained what happened. Again no response. So now we didn’t want to leave the room and we were both up now. The next day I woke up after only 4 hours with an allergic reaction to what ever was being smoked. I also checked my app to see we were on a nonsmoking floor. We get a response from the chat saying if there is anything further they could do. They never responded to our issues and were just ignoring us. Expressed our concern to the hotel in feedback and all they did was assure us a staff member would not say who complained. Highly doubt this since our door was the only one being banged on like someone had an issue with us. And your Staff never responded! We called chatted nothing. Felt like we couldn’t leave the room after the banging. They provided no assistance and after the feedback provided nothing else to us either.

房間很華麗,酒店幾乎什麼都有,所以預訂和Uber在KC市中心附近喝得爛醉的一晚是10-15美元一程。前台只有一個人,所以效率不是很高,特別是如果那個人不得不離開,你會在登記處站一會兒,另一個缺點是游泳池很少開放。其實沒有多少有組織的游泳時間,只是每隔一小時就有一個“停止服務”的牌子。
