Check in was a nightmare. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. Said one of our rooms that we booked online ahead of time wasn’t available after we already paid for it. Then made us pay for a 3 room. Got an email confirmation before arriving that our rooms were ready so after showing up and hearing that our reservation wasn’t available was just frustrating.

No Elevator. We were on the second floor, heard everyone coming up or down, and carrying luggage for 6 and a baby up was a pain. Felt like bugs were crawling on us during our stay even though we didn’t see anything.
Staff was great.
Breakfast yummy.
However overall stay, even though we were only there 9ish hours. 3/10

We accidentally requested the wrong adage while in the parking lot. Went inside very very late and were told it was wrong date and they would not let us change the date. It was less than 5 minutes later.

There wasn't anything I can say that I liked about the property. Although the room and hotel was non-smoking, you could smell the stale smoke from when smoking was allowed. I'm not sure how it has the rating that is shown online.

Rooms were dirty. Floors were so bad they left your socks black. Lights were broken and didn’t work. Bathroom was dirty. Microwave hadn’t been cleaned.

There were reading lights next to the bed but neither worked. There was no way to take a bath, only shower. otherwise it was clean and quite with a friendly staff.

The hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. The breakfast was excellent. We love staying there.

Everyone was very nice. Unfortunately the breakfast buffet most items were expired and the bathroom was so disturbing and not clean at all, toilet paper holder falling off the wall mold, mildew dirt all in corners could easily be cleaned. Someone else’s hair on the shower.

They have taken all the drains out of the bathtubs. Was unable to find a stopper. The desk person was a nice enough person but why no stoppers?
