"Fabulous hotel. Ideally situated for exploring Argostoli. Staff are very attentive and always asking if you need anything. We stayed in room 401 which is top floor and accessed by a lift. Room is luxurious, large comfortable bed, lovely pillows and the shower room has a lovely big shower. Luxury toiletries are included as was water in the room fridge. WiFi and aircon are also included. The terrace is amazing! Excellent views of the city and sea. Comfortable chill out chairs, 2 sunbeds and a very good hot tub. Perfect temperature for chilling out. We stayed bed and breakfast, food and coffees were all very good. Would we return? In a heartbeat."

"Location of the accommodation was absolutely perfect along one of the best stretch of beaches on Kefalonia. The apartment itself was immaculate with everything you could want for a comfortable holiday. The staff at both the apartment and the beach bar were welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to offer help. The availability of food and drinks served at the bar was extensive and everything we ate and drank was freshly cooked and delicious as well as beautifully presented. We will definitely return!"

"Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way."

Determined to salvage the trip, we came across Eroldae Villas, and it was the best decision we made! She made us feel welcome and ensured every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The pool was a highlight—crystal clear and so inviting! Our package included breakfast, which was a delight. We simply ticked our selections the day before, and it was delivered promptly the next morning. Kelly often added a thoughtful personal touch, such as warm pastries or fresh fruit, which made our mornings even more special. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. "The hotel has a great location, not far from the beach, and plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a small supermarket to the right of the hotel entrance where you can buy yogurt and other similar items. Behind the hotel is a commercial street where you can shop, but the shop owners are quite casual, and some close very early. The room has a small balcony, not too big or too small. The only drawback is the poorly designed bathroom; the shower is too small, and the toilet paper isn't even next to the toilet! You can arrange airport or ferry pick-up through the hotel on Ctrip, but this will incur an additional fee."

"Returned home from a greatv2 week stay. One of our favourites places to stay. Rooms well equipped and clean. Air con was quiet as was the fridge. Pool well maintained, sun beds lush. Highly trained staff, always attentive. We visit this area every year, so we don't stay for dinner every night, but the meals we did have were varied. Breakfast is great. We hope to return next year."
