Our family stayed in this hotel in mid-July. It is the worst hotel staying experience in Canada. We stayed for two nights. When we arrived on the first day, after my son used the toilet paper, and when my wife used the toilet , she found a large dirty gooey glop in the inner layers of the paper roll and some liquid was oozing out. Both my son and my wife got panicked, with my son taking a shower immediately for fear of any infection, while my wife washed her hands six times and used half an hour to clean up the toilet. When we told what happened to the reception, they didn't do anything to compensate for our horrible experience, not even a can of drink. In another incident, when I put coins in the soft drink vending machine, it ate my coins with no response. I asked the reception several times. They didn't give me back the coins until we checked out. Also, the water of the swimming pool looked milky and the jacuzzi pool was out of order. The breakfast didn't have enough food and sometimes the guests waited for a long time for filling up. I won't recommend anyone to stay in this so called three-star hotel.

Good location nearby shopping center and water park easy going to cherry Upick and food

We only stayed one night which was enough. Our bed was barely OK and the floors were dirty. There was no washcloth and the desk could not provide one; they did give us a hand towel to substitute. We had trouble finding the hotel as the address on the website was incorrect and the hotel had no name on it. When we phoned, we were told to search for the Dragon King restaurant and that worked. This hotel is basically OK if it had some basic repair and maintenance done. They seem to be in the midst of some kind of change. When we asked why there was no name on the hotel, we were told it was being changed. Hopefully it will improve with new management. There was only one elevator and it was VERY slow. Luckily we were on the second floor, so I only used the elevator when I was moving our 2 big suitcases; otherwise I used the stairs.

This hotel isn't your fanciest place in Kelowna, it does not have the greatest views (Our room faced the dumpsters) but that comes with an advantage of being super quiet and avoiding the noise off the Hwy and offering us a great sleep and the room was very clean! We found a deal online and booked two nights while we did some Christmas shopping. The hotel is centrally located, close to the main mall and all other shopping staples but not too far from downtown or the airport. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was perfect throughout our stay. The only thing that this hotel lacked over others in Kelowna is their breakfast selection. You do get a hot feature like scrambled eggs and sausage but there could be an improvement in offering more selection of teas, flavoured coffee creamers, baked goods, such as muffins, croissants, etc. Check in and check out was a breeze and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel and rooms were dirty, the pool was freezing and the pool deck was dirty, the Jets in the hot tub didn’t work, the water slides were broken, the window in the room was broken and wouldn’t close and that meant the highway noise was very loud, our phone wouldn’t call the front desk, the breakfast was stale cereal and bread. Overall a bad experience. I would give it a 1 but the front desk staff at check in was super nice and helpful. The checkout staff wouldn’t even allow us an additional 20 min late check out though, which would have been fine except they were rude about it. Will never stay again or recommend

When I checked the reviews this hotel was a 4.5/5. I would give it a 3/5. Our room felt old and dingy. The bed was good, the bedding and towels were good. The lobby did not have a welcoming atmosphere and the breakfast was very basic.

The water in the pool was disgustingly dirty, the gym was a joke broken dum bells, also very dirty, the continental breakfast was garbage. the rugs in hallways ,and rooms need steam cleaned. the girls at t he front desk were very rude. we will never stay there again.

Stayed here with my husband in Mid September, No signage on the place, gps lead us there. Checking in was smooth and the desk clerk was pleasant. Our room was on the 4 th floor facing the highway, but it was pretty quiet considering proximity to the road. The bed was comfortable and the linens were good. The room decor was dated and not overly clean, especially the bathroom where the tub floor was filthy and had some dark hairs (not ours) there was a piece of dental floss on the floor from previous guests, and the bathroom was also a weird shape like a hallway with a weird squarish shaped toilet at the end. I have noticed a trend of minimal housekeeping at many hotels which I believe is due to staffing shortages. I booked the room online thru Hotwire for around one twenty so I will say that it met our needs but will I book again ?? Maybe if the price is right… We did not used the pool or any of the Amenities this time.
