Amazing place to stay near the airport. Lots of character, lovely and charming grounds and very friendly and effective staff. Wonderful breakfast in the sun room.

Very beautiful property. Khumbu and Alfred were so helpful. Accommodated to our pets and the owner Jenny was very nice!

We were looking for a place to stay near O.R. Tambo airport. This place was very convenient. Contacted the property to see about dropping off our bags early while we went to shop for essentials for trip to Kruger, the response was quick indicating not an issue. Check in was easy and Alfred was so helpful with both the room and dining options near to guest house. The room was comfortable and clean. The included breakfast was delicious with many options. The gardens on the property attracted numerous birds including the long billed ibis. We would definitely stay there again if a stop over in Johannesburg.

I absolutely love this charming manor. It is manage by the nicest warm hearted people. Value for money is 10/10 and so is comfort. Highly recommended and super close to OR Tambo International Airport.

What a beautiful place and wonderful stay. Rooms are unique and comfortable. We booked the entire house for a wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better place. It’s feels like you aren’t in the city. Ryan was fantastic and catered to our every need. Food was great.

We spent the weekend at Schoon Huis for our daughter's wedding. From the time that we booked in until we left, the service, facilities, venue and all the trouble Schoon Huis went too, made our daughters wedding a weekend to remember!!!

We had a wonderful stay last weekend at Schoon Huis Manor. Dominique was an absolute delight to deal with during the booking process, she also helped us with a dinner reservation and airport transfer bookings. Ryan was our host and a great one at that. We had early starts and late nights and he was always there to great us on arrival and departure. We found all staff to be friendly and efficient. The guesthouse itself is very unique, it's so exciting looking around each new area and room. Just beautiful. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Excellent guesthouse, clean, stylish & comfortable . Upon arrival the host Ryan warmly welcomed me, as he made our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this guesthouse to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Ryan for going just that little step extra for the guests!
